I like Emporio. I think their prices are great. My issue with with their installer, JR Flooring, who I can't find on yelp.I had an installer company to tile a bathroom and got the run around, always busy, they have an opening later this month and not call back, etc. I tell this situation to Emporio and they say "we have an installer, JR Flooring, don't worry, he's awesome." I call JR, we schedule the an appointment to examine the installation site and on the Saturday I leave work early and drive 30 miles to La Mesa to wait. I don't hear a word and then 10 minutes prior
