My husband and I were traveling through Folsom and I needed my hair foiled and cut. After reading many reviews I chose Michelle. I could not be more happy with the cut and color!!!! I really enjoyed chatting and getting to know Michelle whom made me feel comfortable in her very lovely and serene salon. Michelle is so great at what she does. I am a fellow hairstylist and it is very hard to find someone who will do exactly what I want. She always listens and gives me the most amazing outcome. I never have to fix it after lol. She also does my hair extensions and no one comes close to her application when it comes to HotHeads. She is a true perfectionist! When I can't get a client in I recommend them to her!

If there was A no star option that would be more accurate! This hairstylist is the worst colorist I have ever experienced in all the 25+ years I have been coloring my hair highlight blonde! I have no idea how I accidentally found this woman on yelp but she apparently doesn't understand what customer service even means!

Free consultation was granted, customer service was poor due to owner being impatient with my questions @ extensions, felt rushed out but excited to try Hotheads hair extensions. I prepaid with cash $$$ and set appointment. At appointment: owner did not focus on customer(my)requests and was short tempered to questions about the product/style. I left with partial extensions that looked unnatural although was told by this professional they looked great. I contacted the owner two days later to request an adjustment only to be refused as a customer. I was mortified and thanks to google, learned

I went to Michele for the first time 3 weeks ago and asked her to do something drastic for me- cut about 4 inches off my hair. I gave her a picture too of how I wanted my hair to look. She was amazing as she made sure my style came out exactly like the picture. She made my hair style look so good that it actually gave me the incentive I've been needing to work on my diet! I have been to her twice now and Michele really knows her craft. She's a real artist and I couldn't be happier!

I love Michelle!! She is super nice and is a perfectionist when it comes to giving a haircut. She is great with color too. I was looking for someone to give me a color that will last and she mastered it.

I always enjoy getting my hair done by Michelle. It's almost like going to the spa because her studio is such a relaxing environment. Love the music, beverages and chocolate.

Michelle, is so awesome! She made me feel so comfortable this is my first time getting my hair done. I love the natural looking highlights and lowlights. Deep conditioning. Also she helped me learn a different way to style my hair! She curled my hair and now I look polished, with a updated style which I love!! ❤️❤️❤️ I look and feel younger!
