The Parlor is located in Folsom, California and is a hair/ skin care salon. Each of our stylists rents a space/ chair at our high end, boutique salon located near Sutter Street in Old town. The Parlor is a clean beauty salon so we sell Kevin Murphy products in order to help preserve the environment and encourage the use of organic materials.

Hotheads Hair Extentions are human hair, adhesive weft extensions that are applied without the need for tools or heat. For clients, our products have completely changed the way their hair looks and how they feel about themselves. With a thorough consultation with your stylist. You will be able to achieve the hair color that will meet your needs and desires.
Selby is both the sweetest and most talented hairstylist I've ever come across. Even after I left for college I would even come back up to Northern California to have her do my hair. She is professional, kind and just so dang good with hair. I highly recommend her for your next hair appointment. Selby is the best!

After moving to the area I dreaded trying to find a new salon. You could say that I have trust issues when it comes to hair stylists. lol. I have been fortunate to have gone to some elite places and seen award winning stylists. But I'm here to say that Selby did not disappoint! She is absolutely wonderful to work with. She takes her time, is detailed and meticulous. Not only is her work beautiful but she is so warm, sweet and welcoming. I was happy to see she uses Kevin Murphy products, which are so luxurious yet healthy. The salon is very calming, classy and charming,. I highly recommend.

I have been seeing Nicole for several months now, ever since my previous hairdresser relocated to Tahoe. Nicole is refreshing, fun and energetic. I love that she's open to my crazy hair ideas and lets me embrace my funky hair color schemes. She does a great job, folks are constantly complimenting my color and cut. I love that she uses all natural products. I recommend her very highly.

I just moved up from LA and was sad to leave my stylist of 7 years but now I have found my new salon (and I drive from East Sac!). It's a beautiful, welcoming space that was obviously crafted with intentional love and care. Selby is not only a great hair stylist, but super sweet and I really enjoy our hair styling chats.

I moved here from Alabama and was nervous about finding a new stylist. Selby, the owner, is phenomenal! I set up an appointment for a cut and she made my hair look so healthy and full of body and she is so easy to talk to! The salon is gorgeous too! If you need a new stylist or want to try someone different you definitely need to go to The Parlor and see Selby!

I HIGHLY recommend this salon. I’ve had black hair for two years and I’ve been struggling to get my hair back to its natural color for six months. Rather than doing it myself like I normally do, I decided to go ahead and try a new salon. I was signed up for an appointment with Tiffany, and let me tell you, the girls here are the sweetest, down to earth people I’ve ever met. Tiffany spent six HOURS on my hair, trying to make it perfect and it turned out exactly that!! I’m forever grateful and would highly recommend this salon!

What an exciting new addition for hair care in Folsom! I know the owners and watched them work hard to create a warm and inviting environment for their clients. Selby, the owner,, is well known for her talent and experience styling hair. Now she has assembled some of the best stylists in the area to join her team, and to make dreams come true. Selby is a really great hair stylist... and person in general! Selby has been cutting and coloring my hair for a couple years and I could not be more happy. I get compliments on my hair regularly (which did not happen before seeing Selby). She is very talented at coloring and cutting and she is so sweet and pleasant to talk to while she is doing my hair. I highly recommend her and cannot wait for her new salon to open in Folsom!
