We begin with comprehensive meeting to determine your budget and wedding goals and help you decide on color, style, theme (if not yet determined). With a pre-determined budget in place, we begin the planning process with your budget in mind on every recommendation we make. A design board is created and customized countdown calendars are provided.
If you and your fianc want to plan your own wedding and just need someone to putt it all together about three months before, this is the perfect package for you. This package includes coordination of your rehearsal, ceremony and reception.

Trina helped us have a dream wedding in the middle of Covid-19 lockdowns! She was able to find resources and make key pivots with all of the changes constantly coming our way. Seriously, the best wedding planner ever!!! Trina was EXTREMELY organized and just made my daughter's wedding day absolutely PERFECT!! As the mother of the bride, she took so much stress from me and took care of EVERYTHING. My daughter and I truly don't know what we would have done without here. My husband and I had the privilege of working with Trina, and it was an absolute honor. I was stubborn and wanted to plan my entire wedding on my own but at 6 weeks out my fiancé (at the time) put his foot down and said I needed to bring a wedding planner on board. And thank goodness! My wife and I hired Trina 6 weeks before our wedding. We both came to the realization that we couldn't do this on our own anymore. We had all our vendors booked and needed someone to help "put it all together". At least that's what we thought! I was really worried about spending money on a wedding planner, but it was really worth it. The value all becomes clear in the months leading up to the wedding and especially on the day. I didn't have to worry about a single thing. Trina was amazing. The wedding was more beautiful than I even imagined. I wasn't really one of those people who knew exactly what they wanted their wedding to look like, and Trina created an incredible design for the event. I am so happy with how everything turned out!

Trina and her assistant were amazing! I had Trina as my full time planner and she was great in presenting ideas to create a vision! I'm the kind of girl that can't create an idea of what I want the wedding to look like but all the ideas Trina had blew me away. I was stressed out with the wedding design aspect and she guided me through it all the way and provided support when I felt overwhelmed and stressed on other things. During the day of the wedding, she made sure everything is exactly where it should be and it could not have been more beautiful.

But one of the most important things that stood out to us when we hired her, was her attention to detail & organization skills. She understood exactly what I wanted - down to the placement of napkins, making sure the chairs were evenly placed, to small details people would over look. She truly was amazing from start to finish. She had extremely detailed vendor timelines, info sheets, & photography schedules which made us feel at ease. Trina is amazing! Throughout the year of working with her, we were able to swap ideas and she never let me feel like I was crazy---even when I had crazy ideas. She rolled with my crazy ideas and made them happen. When I felt lost and overwhelmed, Trina was there to make sure I was still on track with our checklist. My family can be a lot, Trina did not let that phase her. On the day of the wedding she was unstoppable! I have no idea if something went wrong, her and her amazing assistant took care of it!

Trina is an incredible coordinator. We knew what we wanted for our wedding, but Trina filled in the gaps for us with the things we didn't even think about. She's very on top of it. All the homework she gives you can be intimidating, but she helps you through it and you'll be glad you did it! Everything Trina did was so helpful. Trina coordinated my dream wedding. I really wanted to have a wedding at my parents home, but my mother was very skeptical due to the stress of planning. Trina was able to set my mom's mind at ease from our first meeting in which she came over to the house to assess the feasibility. She was very professional throughout the entire process. She helped us put together the perfect combination of vendors to suit our personality, wants and desires for the wedding. My reviews aren't short, but they do paint a very clear picture of what you can expect from a service. I found Trina through the Open House at the Center Club. As a bride, I planned everything by myself along with Trina's recommendation and no other help. We had a limited budget and Trina was great working with the budget. We got the basic package and added the design package also. We recently moved out of State, so Trina worked with us through mostly emails and I have to say Trina was even more wonderful on the phone and especially in person. Trina was very understanding and maintaining professional attitude at all time. It is helpful to have someone who doesn't join the bridezilla

When I first got engaged I thought I could do this on my own. After about a month of searching for vendors and seeing how much work goes into a wedding, I knew I needed a coordinator. I needed Trina Schmidt! Having Trina as our coordinator was the best decision we ever made throughout our planning process.
