I called for an appointment. I gave them my name and number. They asked for a credit card and if I didn't show up I would be charged $50 but that I could call 24hrs in advance to avoid the charge. Life happens. If I had to deal with an emergency, calling a bridal shop to cancel my appointment would be the last thing on my mind. Especially during these COVID times. I'm glad I didn't proceed because one of the reviews stated that she called to cancel but they never picked up or returned her call. But hey, I guess they have to make up for any losses.

Don't bother going to LA, go to this shop, it's wonderful, all the girls are very nice and helpful, Aylin was very nice and awesome!

I had the most amazing experience here. The girls are so nice and extremely patient. They pick some dresses for you based on your budget and styles you tell them. You are able to look around and pick dresses on your own. They have so many beautiful dress and to be honest for all types of people and styles. I was able to try on a few that were brand new to the store. I was also told you are able to rent the place and being I believe up to 10 guest and have champagne etc for not a bad price. The fitting rooms are beautiful and you are able to see yourself from all angles. Highly recommend this location

My daughter said yes to the dress here! Not only are the dresses amazing and beautiful and high quality.... The staff knows what they are doing! They listen and pull pieces that fit what you're looking for. Our whole experience was first class and we are proud to say we bought from the Fullerton small business!

So this place was the 4th bridal shop I visited and where I said YES. A coworker recommended the place. I would say the Try -on process was nice and the girl that helped did listen to what I was looking for. I did share a space w/ another bride but it was enough for two. But if your looking to try alone this may be distracting and uncomfortable. The dress selections were beautiful and the shop is clean w/ a nice photo opportunity for when you say YES. I bought my wedding dress from here, and absolutely loved it. However, my experience getting it was less than satisfactory. When I first came in, I was helped by Tori who was absolutely AWESOME! She was super enthusiastic, helpful, and stuck to my preferences. She made it a fun time for my mom and me, and I loved the dress selection. I told them I had a budget of around $1200 max, so I was pleased when we found a dress that met my limit. Highly recommend! This was the fourth place I tried on dresses and it was the winner. From the moment I entered with my future MIL, and SIL's, and everyone was so welcoming. They have a beautiful selection of dresses that aren't all $3000+(hard to find in Orange County). While we did share a space with another bride-to-be, there was plenty of room and both parties were respectful of each other, honestly even supportive of each other when the big reveals occurred. Every dress I tried on was beautiful and the service was great!! Found my dream dress here and am so happy I went here.

This place is amazing and so welcoming! Staff is so helpful and know exactly how to make you feel valued. Christian listen to everything I was looking for in my dress and helped me get it while staying within my budget. Ana also helped me so much with my veil. After visiting two other bridal shops, I said yes to the dress here! My experience completely blew the other two out of the water. My stylist was spot on and the set up here is gorgeous, very girly chic, and so fun!! Really great experience overall!

OK - but not my favorite wedding dress shopping experience.

l felt like the experience was tarnished with the poorly-designed shared try-on areas. We shared a room with another bride, and it made it very hard to hear each other with all the different people talking - especially with masks. There also wasn't enough seating to comfortable sit my 4 guests.

The service was good and everyone was genuinely nice, but I didn't have much help fanning out the trains of my dresses to get a proper look.

I left feeling like I didn't find anything I liked and was surprised when I ended up

This was my last bridal appointment in my search for the "perfect wedding dress." And Anna - who I think is the owner of the shop - picked up on me feeling overwhelmed and frustrated with the process. She was so kind and talked me though the process of finding a dress, the time it would take to realistically go through alterations, and was also observant about what type of dress I really wanted. She talked to me and my family about my concerns and reassured me.
Christian was my stylist and she really understood what style I wanted

I went in for The Dresser After Dark and it was amazing! It was so much fun! I don't think there's any other way to dress shop other than having the store to yourself! So many beautiful dresses!!!

My consultant Jill was very sweet and honestly amazing at her job. She really paid attention to what I was looking for. She had so much patience and also made my group and myself feel super comfortable. I didn't feel rushed or feel any pressure to make a decision, even though I did end up finding my dress.

I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience! 10/10 highly recommend

I came to the dresser bridal twice and was really hoping I would find "the one" but I didn't.

Both of my consultants Christian and Jill were so amazing. They really tried to understand my vision and pulled things they thought I would like.

My moh was being difficult and Christian stuck up for me and I really appreciated it.

Christian put me in a dress I cried in but I knew I couldn't picture myself getting married in it.

Jill put me in some great options but in the end I didn't get the feeling.

The Dresser Bridal and Paige, my consultant, provided me with an amazing experience I will always remember! Paige picked out about 7 dresses from styles that I showed her, and my perfect dress was one of them. I bought my dress before postponing my wedding and the team at The Dresser was so great at answering my questions and scheduling appt for alternations and ordering my veil a year later. I am so excited to wear my dress after two years of planning and postponing. Thank you for giving me an amazing experience.

I came into this whole experience not at all excited because I generally hate trying on clothes, had no idea what I wanted, and expected to spend hours and hours hopping around bridal shops unable to find anything I really liked. I came into The Dresser Bridal with my mom a few weeks ago having never tried on a wedding dress in my life, with no real budget in mind, no ideas, and no pictures. Torri was my consultant, and she was great at giving me a bunch of different options to find out what in the world I was looking for without seeming annoyed or frustrated at all. She was so patient and knowledgeable

Came in for my sister's wedding dress shopping & the staff was so welcoming and friendly. They went above and beyond, as if they were helping their own realtive or friend. My sister left with the perfect dress!!

This place lacks a whole lot and leads to where you as a bride should not add this stressor to your long list of stress. Getting your wedding dress should be a great event with a staff who is helpful and gives you the full experience. This boutique has staff who seem to be new at the field and unaware of anything pertaining to dresses. The owner is rude and treats her customers.. the brides disrespectful and if they are wasting her time! The getting the dress took a long time even though it was pre covid. They lack in the part of communicating to the brides to know anything and you have to hunt

We had found THE dress on Pinterest, and the dresser bridal had one. Only problem was, it was just a little too small and it was the try-on version, so it had a rip in it and wasn’t fit for a wedding. They told us there was only one other of this design in all of California. Even though our wedding was less than 2 months away, and during COVID, they were still able to transport the dress AND get me in for the alterations before my wedding! Everyone at the shop was very kind and polite from the first phone calls all the way through picking up the dress. Would 100% recommend!

Although I didn't say "yes" to my dress here, I do want to give a HUGE shout out and THANK YOU to Christian! She was so amazing, sweet and extremely helpful!! She was very attentive to the styles I liked/disliked and gave me many great options to try on. In fact because of that she was able to help me find the type/style of dress that I loved! I’ve had my appointment today (Sat 11th) with Jill.
The boutique is lovely and decorated with taste. The front girls were welcoming and friendly. From the start I felt I step into the right place to find my wedding dress.
Jill, was above professional! Not only did she listen to my taste and pull dresses that were right on target, but what she also proposed for me to try on was ravishing dresses. I felt confident and beautiful. She truly display kindness when she loan me a ring light/ tripod to live talk with my mom (in France) and made her part of the day!

I was looking up bridal boutiques that sold a certain dress I was eyeing and this was the closest ones so I made an appointment. Their hours were limited as I think they were just opening up slowly for covid, but I was able to get an appointment for the weekend. I had a general description for dresses I was looking for based on style / shape, and the staff was super friendly and helpful to pick out a lot of options that fit that description - I forgot to mention the specific dress I was hoping to try until a bit later, only to find they had actually already hung up that very dress on the rack for

UPDATE: I had to cancel my wedding 6 days out because of COVID-19 and we rescheduled for August (which looks like that might not work either). So imagine my shock when they posted this AM on their Instagram story in support of a protest to reopen businesses in Orange County. I'm all for supporting small businesses but their nonchalant attitude about this is one of the reasons I very likely will have to cancel my wedding again and won't get to wear the dress I bought from them. Give your business to a company who's more worried about the public's health than making money. I&apos

If you have a system in play for the Sample Sale and you will need at least more than 3 girls to help you. The experience is fun and thrilling. I found my perfect dress! Every dress in the store is just beautiful. The girls that worked there also helped a lot!

I would not recommend this type of sale to anyone that doesn't have a system or game plan and thinks they are going to have time to think.

A breakdown of the Sample Sale since there's no reviews on it and I wish I had known these things before I stood in line for over 5 hours to get a dress for a discounted price:

They only let 5 brides in at a time and you have 15 minutes TOTAL in the store. This means grabbing a whole bunch of dresses on the racks, giving them to the workers to put into your dressing room, and trying them all on in 15 minutes! This equals to about 30 seconds or less in each dress!

1. Get there early! I got there at 8:30AM (30 minutes before the doors opened and I waited over 5 hours in line). I would get

This place was absolutely perfect. Everyone was so friendly, and seemed to genuinely care about my experience. Not to mention they helped me find my absolute dream dress. Could not recommend more. ♡
