What a huge and utter waste of time.
I own two companies, one local and the other international.
Premier and I made an appointment this morning to go over some new designs (I'm considering switching my design/printing source after 15 years).
The rep Brett insisted we go over my designs in the lobby.
A couple of chairs out in the lobby.
No office, no meeting room, not even a table was offered.
Twice I asked if we could move to an office, and both times he insisted we do our business there.
It was the most unprofessional experience I've had with a design/printing company.
Ooooh yeah,

Premier Printing Solutions is the best locally owned store in town, while others claim to be local they often farm out the work to other companies in other states I discovered after waiting two weeks for business cards. How is that local?
Premier has all the equipment and design abilities on site. They truly are local, have quick turn around times, top quality finished product, excellent service and a professional store that has met my business needs every time.

Brett was very responsive each time I emailed. He was able to get my business cards to me very quickly and PPS even delivered them to my store. Great quality cards, too.
I'm ashamed to say I've used Vistaprint before, but never again. PPS is now my go-to for my print needs. They make buying local, easy!

I worked with Brett at PPS to get some business cards for my tropical fish store. He was very responsive and had a great turnaround time with excellent quality cards.
Don't waste your time with Vistaprint, these guys know their stuff and you'll probably have your order in hand faster, too. I will definitely be using these guys again.
