So disappointed with them. I shipped 3 large items that were obviously fragile. Not only did I spend a ridiculous amount of money to ship through them but I Had them packaged by them, the professionals... 2 out of 3 of the shipments arrived broken. The receivers stated that there was only 1 wrap of bubble wrap (it definitely needed more than that) and they were loose within the boxes so with any movement the item was slamming around inside.
I'd just expect more from a business that does this for a living. I have since shipped 8 of these myself for less than half the price and none of those

Buyers Beware......although the staff is friendly enough...this place is allowed to charge a mark-up (surcharge) on any shipments through Fed-Ex and UPS. What you are paying for is the extra convenience of shipping through them. They will tell you that they are only taking the prices off of a computer and Fed-Ex and UPS set the pricing....but this is NOT true. This is only an authorized shipping center for both carriers and I wouldn't complain for a few dollars, but I was over-charged $30 on one package and $10 on another over and above what Fed-Ex charged for these packages to be shipped

I have been waiting for a package from my mom and she used this company to ship out of. I was getting impatient and on the reciept my mom had there wasnt a tracking number. So I called them up and a woman answered and was so friendly and helpful. All I had to do was tell her my name and she looked up the package and told me where it was. She was quick, to the point and very helpful!
