Clients who elect to have their compounded prescription shipped can expect their medication to be shipped the same day we receive their prescription.
NOTE: Our pharmacies will only dispense a controlled substance to a person who has a valid prescription issued for a legitimate medical purpose based upon a medical relationship with a prescribing practitioner. This includes at least one prior in-person medical evaluation or medical evaluation via telemedicine in accordance with applicable requirements of section 309.
Patients shouldn't have to rely on conventional methods of restoring and optimizing health. We can use a natural approach more effectively. Compounding is the preparation of a customized medication to solve a problem or meet a specific patient need. Compounding pharmacists work with practitioners and their patients to determine the most appropriate therapy for each individual. For example, if an elderly patient or small child needs a reduced strength of medication or is unable to swallow a tablet, we can compound a pleasantly flavored liquid that can be easily administered.

Employees are very helpful and nice. Prescriptions are ready very quickly. I dont know if this is because they aren't as busy or not? I believe that it is a Compounding pharmacy meaning they can mix parts of prescriptions e.g. creams etc if the physician writes a prescription for a med that technically doesn't exist in the pharmaceutical world but cured your ailment.

We were turned away from another compound pharmacy because they could not source the ingredients for my son's topical medication.
Dr. Phillips Specialty were able to source the components and fill the script very quickly and at a better price!
They now keep stock of the medication so I can call any time for a refill and have it quickly.

My vet filled a prescription for my cat at Dr. Phillips Specialty Pharmacy. The prescription was for 1 ml of 3 different medications. The pharmacist there showed us how to load the vial to the 0.1 ml line on the vial. not once but twice. I was giving my cat one-tenth of the necessary medication because of the wrong instructions by the pharmacist there. Needless to say my cat's health deteriorated for 5 days. When I brought her back to the vet, the doctor was incredulous at the pharmacist's mistake. I will never trust this business with my cat's health again.
