Do not, I repeat do not use this law firm. It took them sooooo long to settle a simple case. They switched paralegals on my case, never informed me. I was not getting calls back. I had to call and check in often...for them to get the ball rolling. Ultimately, they allowed my health insurance to cover my medical bills as opposed to the insurance company of the person who rear ended me. My health insurance company put a lien on my settlement, which I had to call them to get them to give me a reduced amount. Something the ppl I hired should have been able to do. Imagine that. I wrote a previous review that has been bothering me from day one. I sold my soul for an additional $700 from this law firm. My advice would be to run, not walk, to any other legal office if you want real hard work, honesty, and a dedication to your case. I had a slip and fall in 2012 and had one very difficult time with #1, having the same people in charge of my 'file', #2, getting something other than a run-around from the person I was talking with, and #3, obtaining real counsel on settlement. They were supposed to send me a check at the beginning of the month and it was due to arrive on the 20th. over 6 business days now and these people do not answer the phone or respond to email. I don't know if I'd use them if they don't care to respond to matters that are important to me.

I hired Jeffrey gladsmans firm back in 2016-2018 his firm did there best to get me back 6 digits. In 2016 I went on workmans comp and I hired Jeffrey glassman firm thinking they will take care of me and help me out with my case. They gave me Ryan and I didn't like how he represented me I felt like he was working with my workmans comp it took him forever get my medical bills and treatments paid. I called this firm regarding services that are outlined in detail on their website and before I finished my first sentence, the woman asked if I was in a motor vehicle accident??? Ummmm, no! It turns out services they claim they offer on their website are not offered in real life.

I decided to write a review about these folks because I'd like any person with a financially small, but mentally traumatic claim to rethink taking your case to these folks. Jeffrey S. Glassman, LLC recently represented me in a small car accident just outside of Central Sq in Cambridge, MA. A cab rear-ended me and was kind of rude about it. So I sued them. And Jeff's group successfully obtained lost wages, coverage for my physical therapy, and a cash settlement going back to the negotiation 5 times. Awesome. Exactly what I wanted. They work as a team and delivered. I would frankly use them again if I unfortunately ever was injured again. I suspect their diligence and follow-up is better than a number of competitors. And frankly, I'm kind of high maintenance

I was rear-ended by a drunk driver in an accident that shattered my car across three lanes of traffic and reduced the 93 tunnel under Boston to one lane.. Bizarrely my assailant and I shared an ambulance on the way to Mass General.

I will not recoomended this place at all. I had a case with them in sep of 2011 and it is just now being settled i had asked in 2013 that the file the lawsuite which they did not do. It feels as if they work for the otherside. Then once the case was settle i was told i woulld have a check by christmas which did not happen and still waiting for my money. The people who answert he phone are very rude they just place you on hold without asking. the only reason why i didnt give 1 star was becauase the lawyer who took over my case got it settle 7 months very rude but the job was done. i advise you go
