Ted and John were absolutely awesome in helping me with my case The case was a 2nd DUI within10yrs. The case became so complicated when due to my health wasn't able to use my Intoxalock for my car. I'd had even gone to the doctor for pulmonary tests which proved I had lost 75% of lung use. So Intoxalock was locking my car out, which means a penalty financially. The DVS reprimanded me by giving another 6 mos. of having to use the Intoxalock for my car. Well thanks to Ted and John that mess was all straightened out. Now all I look forward to is Christmas Eve when I'm able to drive
