Dr. Sandy Lor, graduate of Tufts University School of Dental Medicine has joined our staff. A skilled dentist who shares our philosophy of putting you, the patient, first, Dr. Lor will take a collaborative approach to help you reach your health goals. Services
As one of our patients, you should know that we have high expectations of ourselves and strive every day to meet them. Each of our staff has the unique ability to get to know who the patients are and their concerns which greatly facilitates good overall dental care. Our team is made up of our registered Dental Hygienist Linda, our certified Dental Assistant Laura, and our front desk Administrator Pam.
Our office provides a conservative approach to comprehensive dental care. We meet the needs of patients of all ages, and those apprehensive ones, by providing high quality state of the art dentistry in a relaxed atmosphere. Services include preventive care, periodontal treatment, root canals, restorative and esthetic dentistry and the restoration of dental implants.
While at our office, we make sure that you receive the highest level of services and ensure that our dental work is of the highest quality. To ensure that you maintain great oral health, this level of quality needs to extend into your personal oral hygiene routine. We can help you establish a dental hygiene routine that will keep your teeth healthy and white.
Dental bridges are a great way to replace missing teeth. Your existing teeth are used to literally create a bridge to cross the area where your tooth is missing. Bridges are made from gold, metal, alloys, or porcelain to ensure that they are strong and durable. The process of creating a bridge begins by creating abutments out of your existing teeth where the bridge will be attached.
Implants are a unique way of replacing missing teeth. By integrating with the bone of the jaw, they enable a patient to avoid appliances which are removable or are loose. They are also for many people a viable, predicable, alternative to crowns and bridges especially when the teeth on either side of the space are in good shape.

Excellent experience. The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is outstanding. Dr. Lor is easy to communicate with and listens to her patients needs and concerns with great insight. Dr. Lor also takes the time to make sure you understand everything she is doing. I like that she’ll let you know exactly how something is going to feel. I have been beyond pleased with the exceptional care I have received at the Holden Family Dentistry. Dr. Lor has taken years of my dental fears away and I heartily recommend her. Great place to make as my family's primary dental. Dr. Lor is very professional and caring. She is my family's primary dentist. The kids love seeing Dr. Lor, she's great with kids. She makes my kids and I feel very comfortable in the chair. I especially am thankful and greatful for her work. She gave me a whole new smile that I can finally show the world. (I had a peg lateral tooth and a gap between my two front teeth) Dr. Lor is very well educated and I trust her advice on maintaining my teeth.

Dr. Sandy Lor is very gentle and kind. She is caring and takes the time to explain everything to you. I have not been to the dentist for a long time but I’m glad Dr. Lor put me at ease to see the dentist. I’m glad she helped me gain confidence and to smile fully again. She really cares about you and emphasized to me what I need to do to keep my teeth healthy. She taught me a lot of things I didn’t know about my own mouth. I feel that she loves and cares about all her patients. She won’t let you get off easy!

Dr. Lor is a very experienced and caring dental professional. I saw Dr. Lor for a routine cleaning and checkup. Knowledgeable and patient, she spends the time to get to know you as a patient and also educate you on your condition. I like how Dr. Lor offer ways to improve my condition, not just tell me what’s wrong and fix it. I want to know what I’m doing incorrectly and Dr. Lor did not make me feel bad about myself like many other dentists do. She has very gentle hands and makes the cleaning process very comfortable. I would highly recommend Dr. Lor to be anyone’s dental provider!

I am not a fan of dentists. I would dread sitting in that chair anticipating the pain of what was to come. Sandy Lor changed all of that for me. She is the most gentle and caring provider I have ever been to. I needed extensive work done and for the first time it was virtually painless She explains everything that needs to be done and makes sure you are comfortable during the procedures. Thank you Sandy, I have my smile back.
