My Daughter is a patient of Dr McGary who is a phenomenal pediatric dentist and is very gentle and explains everything to my daughter prior to doing anything. I also have had the pleasure of working directly with Leesa for my daughter’s orthodontics and she is an extremely organized and compassionate women. It is absolutely a pleasure working with her and can not say enough good things about her she is the best.

I was fortunate to go to this office as a child. Naturally when my daughter needed a dentist I chose this office again. My daughter had her first dentist appointment at 2 years old. The hygienist was great with her. She explained everything that she was doing with her and allowed my daughter to warm up to the tools. Her dentist was also great with her. Everyone was friendly and gentle. Thank you!

My daughter has been going here since she was 3 years old, she is now 13. I called to schedule an appointment for her and was told her she has been "dismissed from the practice due to missed appointments". Her father and I are divorced and he was responsible for dentist visits and I doctors. Apparently there were 6 missed visits (but rescheduled ) since 2016... so she's been patient for 10 years ... rescheduled 6 missed appointments and you will no longer accept her as a patient ? Gladly taking my daughter and business elsewhere and will NEVER recommend this practice to anyone.

My children had been patients here for years. This is a good example of a good man retiring and another person taking over the business and the whole dynamic changed. Dr. Gallagher was not only a great dentist but a great man. He cared about his patients and their circumstances. We just received a letter due to Covid they made the difficult decision not to accept Mass Health any longer. I am sure it was not difficult decision. We are not all dentists with that compensation. I am sure this affected many people.

We just had a horrible experience with "Dr. Matt". My daughter has severe anxiety and fear about going to the dentist. This is noted in her chart. She needed a procedure that "required" nitrous oxide. My daughter was uncomfortable with it and saying no and opening her mouth to avoid the feeling. He then held her mouth shut to force her to breath in the gas. Dr. Matt told her "Don't be fresh!" and "hey! Stop that!, enough!" I asked him to stop speaking to my daughter like that. He told me that it's behavior modification he uses. I teach children

SIMPLY STAY AWAY..... Dr. Lahair is very cocky stuck up person and his office staff are VERY rude.. My son Anthony A. was dropped from the office once I "dared" to question the charges... I asked to speak to him in order to explain my side; he simply would not return my call....
Leaving his practice was the BEST thing that ever happened to my son. We now have a very knowledgeable, reasonable, and caring practice we go to.

Do not be fooled by that fact that Dr. Matt tries to pretend he is cheery and kind. This is an awful dentist office with an extremely rude staff. After sending my 2 children here for many years and hearing about how bad their teeth were, and being told of a constant slew of problems, I found out that I was duped out of thousands of dollars. Feeling uneasy about the constant work I was told they needed, I sought a second opinion. When I told Dr. Matt I was going for a second opinion, I was dropped from the office. I never forget to come to an appointment but this week we had extenuating circumstances and missed our appointment. Both kids have been sick and we had a lot going on. I called this morning to apologize and they said we could never come to the office again. They banned us. Wow, what terrible customer service, especially for a pediatric office. Again, I never miss appointments and felt terrible about this but to say I was banned???

Dr Matt has been amazing with special needs patients. Children that would be recommended for sedation can go to him with his easy, calm nature and be treated without trauma! I can't speak highly enough about this. However, I've had more than one issue with the office staff. Some are stellar and others need some sensitivity training and some manners. When dealing with a HIPPA violation, I'd expect to be able to explain fully and not be interuppted by the office manager.

They didn't have dentists offices like this when i was a kid. pictures of Disney characters painted on the walls, flat screen TVs in the waiting room, video games. No wonder my daughter had such a good time.
Kids get sunglasses to wear during their visit, the staff is great at putting the little ones at ease.
Matter of fact, if they had dental offices like this for adults, I wouldn't mind going to see the dentist.
