I chose this company because I thought I would be getting a quality repair on my vehicle based on the multitude of good reviews. I got my car serviced on December 1st for a bumper replacement. I got my car back on December 7th and the outside looked great, but upon further inspection, the body clips were not replaced and the fitting between the bumper cover and the fenders is poor and loose. You can see how loose it is in the first photo. I guess I was expecting a more quality job done on my Acura.

This morning I pulled up in the front drive of Collision King to get an estimate for a problem with my front bumper. Haley looked the bumper over and suggested that one of the technicians might be able to "fix it" without much fuss. He did ... and Haley had to out of the door in less than 30 minutes. AMAZING!!!

I took my car in for a paint job on an oem bumper and a brand new oem headlight (both straight from honda themselves) install on my s2000. They were organized as far as time management and when I contacted them they helped me when needed. I was told this was the best auto body repair shop in lubbock and based on how friendly and helpful everyone who worked their seemed, I was sold. Unfortunately, my car was returned to me with the body lines misaligned and the paint was great just had one small problem. My Audi SQ 5 required some replacement parts (after cutting across a curb, I did not see). I was directed to Josh Gregory. He was very honest and professional. His customer service was something I don’t experience very often. He returned calls, kept me updated, worked with my insurance company and Audi to get the job done efficiently. They did good body work to my almost destroyed car due to hail. They did good work on the paint and body. I did however get my car back full of dust and dirt. They had my windows out and must not have covered it. Everything is dusty and covered inside. A detail would have been nice on the inside. Other than this it was great. They were 2 weeks early on their estimated 60 day turn around. Very professional and quick quote. I will go back to this place and Jason did a great job taking care of my notifications and making sure it was done right. Best experience I have ever had.
