For more than two decades we've been providing quality collision repair to customers throughout western Pennsylvania. What started as a small garage has grown into an enterprise that includes two 10,000 square foot facilities and all the modern equipment necessary to do exceptional work. City Collision has taken the latest collision repair technology and applied it using good old-fashioned personal service.
Technological advancements in automotive repair have given City Collision an even greater level of quality control. For instance, our down draft cure heat paint booths draw air, overspray and contaminants downward and away from the vehicle, greatly reducing dust and overspray contamination, resulting in a higher quality finish.

This is the second time in 2 years we have relied on City Collision to repair our vehicle and on both occasions the end result was amazing. More so, the staff is extremely courteous and helpful, it doesn’t matter who you speak to they are all professionals.
Also both repairs were completed exactly on the promised date. I recommend the added services for detailing your vehicle while they have it for repairs as you will be pleased you did when you pick up your car.

We had had City Collision repair our car several years ago, and turned to them again this time around after State Farm listed other shops to use for claims. The other shops were way out of town, and they didn’t communicate with us in a timely manner. City Collision is conveniently located (if you live in the city of Pittsburgh) and close to public transportation. They got us a repair estimate quickly, dealt with State Farm on our behalf, and to top it off, finished the job 5 days early!! You can’t beat that for great service!

I've never had the *ahem* pleasure of having my car hit and subsequently needing to go through insurance to repair body work. Our door was smashed in by a moving van while parked. We had options about who to work with through our insurance, and we chose City Collision. They did such a great job! I can't believe how painless the process was. They were incredibly friendly and professional. It took a bit longer than originally planned because the part that came in was not up to their standards. I'd rather wait and have it be done right! My car looks great. I hope I never need their services again

Do NOT use this shop for repairs. I had read previous reviews on Google which are mostly positive and because they participate with my insurance company for easy service, I chose them. Here is a list of all the problems:
1. They misquoted on the first estimate. They didn't do enough research on the vehicle to determine what type of paint was on it and they underwrote the estimate for paint. I'm pretty sure this info is included in the VIN.
2. They don't communicate. Any communication about my vehicle while it was in repair was initiated by me. Originally this was a drop off Monday

I had a mishap with my vehicle and a pillar in our garage. Unfortunately, I had less than 500 miles on my car. The people at City Collision not only did an outstanding repair job, but made me feel like I was a very important customer. My vehicle looked as beautiful as the first day I had it...a whole 500 miles ago.

I had some damage to the rear of my car that I had been putting off for a while. I got a couple quotes from different shops and City Collision's was a fair quote. The team was very friendly and helped explain the repairs they would do. After I took my car in for the repair, they communicated very well. They correctly estimated how long the repair would take. I hope I don't have any more damage to my car, but if I do, I'll be taking it to City Collision!

They have been great every step of the way! I got a quote almost a year ago but they had no problem pulling up the old paperwork and getting things sorted with my insurance. The employees were always very friendly and helpful, always extremely responsive to my questions and concerns. Highly recommend!

A very unprofessional company. After more than a week of waiting for City Collision to begin work on my State Farm insurance claim, their customer service rep told my State Farm insurance adjuster that he was simply not interested in fixing my car. Unfortunately for his sake, he was too stupid to have remembered that I was actually listening in on the same call. He wouldn't even send State Farm the necessary documentation to decline performing the work on my vehicle, which left my claim in limbo for several additional days. Don't visit City Collision unless you're interested in wasting

You guys are one hell of a team! My car came back to me better then the day I bought it. Everything was perfect I still don't know how you can replace a a whole roof on a car with no evidence at all ! Everyone was super nice to me from the first day I went in to the day I picked up my car

While I'm not sure anyone ever wants to have to frequent a place with the word "collision" in the name, I would go back here in a heartbeat. I was in a minor fender bender about a month ago. I experienced good and bad but overall I am pleased with how my car turned out and would likely go back. I'll start with the bad and end with the good. Back story: took my car in for some repair for scratches, paint chips, dents, and hail dimples from a storm.
Cons:
-no shuttle service
-scheduled out over a month
-went to pick up my car and everything is fixed except for the 15+ hail dents on top of my car, had to take my car home and bring it back for another entire day to be fixed
-took the car in in Tuesday, told me my car would be done by Friday, wasn't done until 4:00 Monday

It's always difficult to be a woman and find honest vehicle services, but City Collision is one of the good guys. I crumpled the front end of my Honda Element, and was looking for somewhere close to home for the repairs. I live in Lawrenceville so the location was convenient and the reviews were favorable.
They were professional, honest, nice guys, and did great work. Once I opened the claim and took my car to the garage for an estimate, they took care of all correspondence needed moving forward, down to contacting the rental company and setting it all up for me. Completely streamlined,

In the last two years, I have had ALL 3 of my cars repaired by them for collision work. Interestingly enough, they were not my fault, but that's beside the point. I will say that they provided me with honest and thorough estimates, worked well with the insurance companies and were nothing but pleasant and professional in my dealings with them. Work is quality, and the parts are the real-deal (not junkyard puils either), and the paintwork is first-rate. They didn't muck around when it came to getting the work scheduled and completed either - work was completed as scheduled and on-time
