Dang, I called to get an estimate on a car paint. This lady I spoke with was rude and not professional the entire phone call. She didn't even end the conversation at the very least say bye. I didn't even get to bid farewell because she just hung up. I'm sorry, but customer service is important, especially with first impressions. If she's your customer service representative, she ain't it lol

I was in an accident that damaged the back of my car. Unfortunately the driver was not insured, leaving me in a very stressful situation. I went to over FIVE different shops and decided to use East Colonial Auto Body and Paint. I now know that this was a great choice. The work that was to take two weeks was finished before the time. Erma was also amazing, kept me updated and gave great advice. I have more work needed on my car, unrelated to this accident and I already know I’m coming back.

Poor quality job!! We took our car in to get the front lip and bumper painted on February 1, 2021 as you can see on the receipt and paid $905. This was only 5 months ago! The lip wasn’t even primed before painting it! The paint is lifting and peeling off! This place is a rip off

This is my second experience at East Colonial Body and Paint. Both vehicles needed paint repair, which was completed on time with excellent results. Great color match and great finish, and friendly competent staff. These folks really do great work at very reasonable prices. On a scale of 1 to 10 they deserve an 11.

I recently took my 2018 Durango into East Colonial Auto Body, and Mike came over and gave me an on-the-spot estimate, that seemed very reasonable, compared to two other places I had gone to prior. He then said they could start on it right away and it would be ready after the weekend. He told me I was in good hands! Well, when I came back to pick her up, she looked good as new! He fixed the front bumper and side fender, which had some dents and scratches. It also took care of the acidic remains left behind from all those pesky love bugs! My wife's car also needs some work. I will definitely be taking

My boyfriend and I were recently in an accident and had to get our bumper replaced, as well as some electrical issues with our headlights and blinkers.
We are so happy with the work they did on our car, it is absolutely amazing. They were professional and were able to fix our car super quick and at a very reasonable rate compared to other places we checked out first.

Mike worked with my daughter to get her car back in good condition (rear end hit-and-run). Went over options and even did a bit more (paint the rear bumper). Car looked like new again in the back. Very easy to work with, great pricing, gave great options, and car was ready on time! Don't be discouraged by the negative reviews - you can tell those people will never be satisfied by anything.

This review is long overdue. My brand new car got hit by my community resident's gate pole and made a huge dent on the top and side of the car. I took it the next day to this location and my car was ready the following day. The color match was exact and the job was flawless! Add to this the excellent customer service from the owners (plus a very reasonable price for the job) and you'll have a reliable auto body shop you can trust. Thank you for a job well done!
