I wish I could give a good review because I have used them for several years and in general they have provided decent service for 2 Audis that I own. However, I recently had a bad experience with them. After the service was complete, I paid for the work over the phone and told them that I was not able to pick up the car before the shop closed. I asked them to leave the key in a specific location. Instead of doing that, they put the key in a different location and as a result I was not find it. Now the key is lost and they will not take any responsibility to replace it and and say it's my problem

My experience with German Autos is one of the best experiences for going to a mechanic and making sure that they fix things right the first time and that you don't have to come back the second time because they didn't do something right the first time
They truly helped me out of a jam
Because my car hit a pothole and the frame was almost destroyed because of the rust and damage that the pothole had caused
they fixed it and put it in me back on the road
And also did a tune-up because it really needed it especially with the winter time coming up too.. my hat is off to them

I had to get my BMW’s front and rear brakes replaced and wanted to give this shop a try as the dealers were quoting an insane amount. The mechanic was quite knowledgeable and told me the rotors seem good and don’t need to be replaced (unlike other shops), thereby further saving me $$. Only brake pads were replaced with OEM parts. Everything was done exactly as promised. Pricing was transparent. They provide 1 year/12k mile warranty. Overall, I’m very satisfied with their service and experience!

I went in to get both my front and rear brake pads replaced, what would of cost me more than 2200 in just parts alone at the BMW dealership cost me almost half less here! Super friendly staff, I also had a nail in my tire and they fixed it free of charge, highly recommend this place! :))

I like this place. I brought a couple of Mercedes here got one complete engine replacement the first time. The prices were spot on for my budget. Second time I may be paid a little bit more than I wanted but I know they do a good job so it was worth it! Hoping my third and fourth time will be good, simple no fuss transaction.
