Went crazy and got about 6-7 quotes for our roof. Top Roofing definitely was not the lowest quote, but the only one that guaranteed no added costs throughout project and they do their own inspections through the city so no waiting around. Others had me nervous that after they got in there the price would just keep going up. Lior was great and very responsive to all my texts. Our flat roof and garage roof were done in 2 days! Looks great too!

This company is the best! I used to be a roofer a long time ago so I knew what to look for when it was time for me to replace my roof.
I met with people from four different companies and Marc from top roofing was one of them. He was the most professional out of the four.
Most contractors will promise you the world and then under deliver but with Marc it was the opposite. Marc under promised and over delivered.
Job was completed quickly in a matter of three consecutive days and passed inspections with ease.

After shopping around for quotes, Top Roofing came in a little higher than some, but based on the work they did on another house in the neighborhood we felt confident they'd do a great job. The roof looks great and we're eager to see how it performs when it rains. Very communicative, available for questions, and responsive to needs when pointed out. If I could give 10 stars I would for this hard working crew. Mark and his team brought our home out of the Stone Age literally as we had a gravel roof. It was amazing to see them work. The removal of all that gravel, the repair of damaged wood slats, the application of the shingles and even the suggestion to go with a wider flashing to complement the fascia board was awesome. They also incorporated a solar tube and solar attic fan that we purchased separately into their roofing install. Very happy with the end result. We had a very good experience with Top Roofing. I'm an architect with 30 years experience, so I'm particular. Our house is 97 years old in an historic district, with a Spanish tile roof in front and flat roof in the back. We got three quotes and Roy was by far the most detailed in his inspection and quotation. He found existing problems with the roof that others did not and brought them to my attention. Roy took pains to explain their materials and process and we signed the contract and got started. I found the crew to be polite, knowledgeable and hard working.

Moshe and his crew did an excellent job on our detached garage roof.
They were on time, friendly, professional and cleaned up well as they worked.
I could not believe how quick yet efficient their work was. We were expecting rain the next day and it was a race against time but top roofing got the job done .

They were very professional from my first call to check on sealing the skylights.
Roy came out the same week to look at the roof and said they could winterize the roof which included cleaning the debris, repairing any loose shingles, flashing etc for a set price. They were booked out on other jobs for several weeks but they kept in contact until they could come out.
The crew that came out was unsure of the job they came to do, but once I called Roy, he straightened it all out with the foreman and they were very efficient in getting the job done.

Top Roofing replaced the roof on our 1925 Spanish-style bungalow. It was a flat roof and we replaced it with a Polyfresko cool roof material. As far as the material goes, the interior temperature is about 10 degrees lower on hot days (and we've had a lot of them recently) than it was before. What an amazing difference!
