Eric serves as the Managing Partner for the firm. He has been providing accounting and tax advisory services in the Seguin and surrounding area for over 30 years. He currently serves on the the governing board for Guadalupe Regional Medical Center. Eric has played the bass guitar since he was in middle school, enjoys nine pin bowling and loves spending time with his wife of 38 years.
Unlike partners in large firms, Virginia regularly works one-on-one with her clients, including family offices, assisting them with both entity and individual matters. This approach creates closer, more creative relationships and provides an environment where innovative ideas that benefit clients can thrive.
Michelle Edwards serves as the firm's Accounting Services Manager. She joined the firm in January of 2018 as a seasonal tax preparer, but according to Eric Vordenbuam, "I decided after only a couple of weeks that we had to convince Michelle to stay on full-time on a year-around basis". Michelle now spends her time tackling the more challenging tax returns and making certain the bookkeeping and payroll clients are served well.
