Our furnace and AC unit required replacement and once again we turned to Comfort Master. They continue to provide excellent customer service, financing options, and professional/knowledgeable/experienced staff who performed the replacement of the units.
Ismael, Bobbie, and Charlie arrived on time and worked diligently throughout the day to successfully install the new furnace, outdoor unit, and thermostat. They thoroughly tested all systems and took the time to explain the work they performed.

Our repairman was very helpful and explained all of the details of his service and what he did to make the repair. He also answered all of my follow up questions taking time to explain the details to me. He repaired our unit and quickly got it working again. We’re very appreciative of everything he did for us.

We have been using Comfort Masters since we purchased our home in 2014. They are wonderful to work with, have great customer service and are very flexible!
Ricky has been our maintenance tech for quite a while, he comes out twice a year to perform general maintenance on our indoor and outdoor units and he changes our filter once per year. He always checks in when he is on his way and is very professional but still personable.
I would and have recommended Comfort Masters to anyone looking for ac/heating maintenance or replacement.
