Services
If the description section says "Some pets considered", the owner will allow some pets at the property. Please contact our office for specifics or more information. NO PETS MEANS NO PETS are allowed at the property. If pets are allowed at the property, there will be an additional refundable deposit for each pet.
At PPM, we provide professional management to a variety of properties including apartments, residential homes, and commercial spaces in the Corvallis, Monmouth, Philomath, Albany and Sisters area. Please note that the property information is provisional. Prices and inclusions are subject to change without notice.
Rent is always due on the first and late after the fifth at midnight. For your convenience, we have a drop box outside our office for when the office is closed. If the fifth of the month falls on a weekend or holiday, rent is still due by midnight on the fifth day of the month. Rent can be mailed to our PO Box.
All maintenance requests need to be submitted in writing. Maintenance requests can be submitted at our office drop box or on our website, under the "Maintenance Request" tab. Please note your move-in inspection report does not serve as a maintenance request. All issues that you want addressed will need to be submitted separately on a maintenance request.
To be removed from a rental agreement, the person wanting to be removed by must complete a roommate release signed by all the remaining tenants. The rental application, roommate add and roommate release form can be found in our office or on our website, under the "Application Materials" link. Are you compatible roommates?
