Rami was pretty quick. My car died on side of road he was quick, nice, efficient and had the right stuff to get my car going. Thank you Rami! My car's hydraulic hose busted and made the car inopearable. At the worst time over the holiday weekend. The following Monday it was towed with TLC and expertise matched by none other than Admon. We are grateful for his assistance and attention to detail. My friend's car would not start and we were stuck during closing time at the Mission Valley Mall.

Put my request to be towed at 11:16am. ETA was 12:02pm. It is now going on 4:30pm and I haven't been contacted once by this company about their whereabouts. I Instead had California Highway Patrol stop and ask if I was okay and they sent out a different towing company for me. When I told them how long I had been waiting already the officer was astounded and shocked. I have since already been towed, had my tire replaced, gone home, cooked and ate dinner and guess what? Still have heard nothing from ASAP towing. What a joke. I called the company about three different times each hour I waited

I was stuck on the freeway for 5 hours. My Car stop running in the middle of the Freeway, pull over and called my insurance. They said ASAP towing will come in and let deploy their truck, 30 minutes later I called ASAP they said truck in stuck in traffic and it will be on my location 20-30. Waited for over 30 min and called again, same person said the same thing stuck in traffic and it will on my location 30 min. This happens 4 times. So, I decided to call Uber so I can go home, because this is ridiculous, and call ASAP to let them know I will leave my car and for them to bring it to a Shop. 2

Really bad towing if you call your insurance make sure they don't get you this towing company they take and hour more than what they tell you they took more than two hours and the driver was 11 mins away and they say is because of traffic but yet I'm tracking the driver location and it's driving somewhere else plus when you call there's this ladies that likes gagging up whLen your calling what type of service is that they give priority is your paying them cash they don't respect the time if your insurance is paying they don't care if you wait for 3 hours they would

These people should not even be on the road. I just witnessed an ASAP tow truck driving like road rage on the freeway literally running people off the road into the dirt and weaving in between busy one-lane traffic, pushing cars out of the way.

Watch outfit these folks. First, they were way late, then they didn’t want to take the car to the USAA designed shop, they said if I did that we would have to pay all of it out of pocket. scammy. the police called them and said they were exceptionally late. also to get the car to the designated shop it was a real pain in the neck.. horrible service and scammy actions to get business.

This was the first time I had a car towed and I wasn't sure what to expect. I had this company assigned by GEICO when I requested roadside assistance and they did a pretty good job. They arrived within 45 minutes as estimated. Their truck looked well maintained and well equipped. Nick was friendly, calm and did a great job overall.

ZERO Stars. ZERO. This company is the WORST. STAY AWAY!! If your car insurance try to send this company, refuse and ask for another one.
Initially was told it would take 45 minutes. Waited an hour. Call to follow up and they said another 30 minutes. Another 40 minutes goes by, call again to follow up. They said another 20 minutes. 30 minutes goes by and the driver call to say he's 5 minutes away. Another 30 minutes goes by, call again. They said the driver had "tire issues" and it would be another 15-20 minutes. It's been 3 hours now and they keep giving BS excuses.

This company should stand for As-Slow-as-possible. Geico roadside sent me to them and we are Stuck in an unsafe situation in the middle of a hot summer day in Vegas. They originally told us 53 mins, well 53 mins came and went. I call just to be told that he is "stuck in traffic" and he would be here 20-25 mins so 30 mins passes I call again And was told that he is 25 mins away. This is 2 hour waiting when I'm broke down in middle of major street!!! They are rude, and don't care about people sitting on the heat with no access to water and they just make you wait longer!! Be careful when dealing with this business. Your dealing with frauds here. Called for business hours for a Saturday to get a car out, lady on the phone gave me the schedule and then mentioned that if u pick up the car on Saturday there’s a extra $100 gate fee and that she suggested coming on Monday. I knew there was a daily charge also so I thought to myself that it would still be cheaper to take the car out on Saturday instead of being charged for another two days which is usually more than $100. So I asked how much is the daily charge and if it would still be cheaper to come in on Saturday

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. They kept me stranded on the side of the road for over three hours. I think they're running a scam through Geico insurance. I had free roadside assistance, Geico sent me ASAP towing, after one hour of wait, they canceled by trip because I did not answer my phone. No truck ever came by. No phone calls.
I called Geico, the operator apologized, told me that they will contact ASAP towing and request them to send a "second tow truck". I'm sure they charge Geico for two trips, or at least four the "canceled" trip.

They made sure to tow my car for reg problems at 4pm so that it would be impossible to pick up that day and I would have a 1 day charge minimum. When I went the next day to pick up my car they tried to charge me for a 3 day charge even though the car was only there for 19 hours (I called earlier to get the actual cost before I talked to the tow yard, I was told $290 and the yard tried to charge me $415) which I had him change the charge and he said $300 which I paid out of frustration. Not happy at all, we're been waiting about 2 hours. First then couldn't find us, they said that they called but there # never appear on our phone and there are no messages. So we had to start over again with our insurance. After about another hour or insurance company called a said that towtruck broke down, and they are sending another truck. Lmao!!! I hope there new truck can make it. SERIOUSLY. Unless you want to wait over two hours on the side of the highway while you keep getting excuses from the guy on the phone asking where the tow truck is.
The guy answering the phone call had an excuse for each time I called.
Ordered a Tow Truck to come at 6:30pm
At 7:40 PM the "Original tow truck got a flat tire"
Called again at 8:10 oh it will be another 35 minutes.
