The Mancave is home to Shelia as well as her brutally loyal customers since she opened the cave in 2013!. Shelia graduated from cosmetology school in 2000 and has owned and worked in numerous salons and barbershops! She later got her barber license as well. She found barbering with a stylists twist to be her passion. Shelia works tirelessly, stays on top of current trends and is constantly out at industry events, networking with the Northeast's leading barbers and stylists.

Sheila is such a nice professional and a talented barber! She has all of the best deals that Portsmouth has to offer and was super accommodating when I walked in right at the end of her day. After taking a year to check out most of the other barbershops in town I came after being let down a few times.

Very happy with this establishment and it’s owner. Awesome booking process online (even adds it to your Google calendar) and super easy parking. Great service and a very hospital, local-feeling, energy inside. Sheila is a small business owner who is making it happen in Portsmouth…she runs a fine establishment that has kept me coming back for the better part of a decade. I always call if I’m going to be late…a little curtesy goes a long way. Give it a try, you’ll likely be pleased as well.

Best barber on the eastern seaboard by far. Returning customer of 6 plus years, consistently the best haircut and service I've ever experienced. Spotlessly clean shop, good conversation, a nice drink with your haircut, the list goes on. You can't fix ugly but a haircut from The Man Cave is the next best thing! Skip supercuts and go see Sheila.

Been seeing Sheila for 3 or 4 years now. Never had any issue, and always love my cut. Super clean in the shop and Sheila is always incredibly friendly. Truly the best place in town, which is why I keep going back! New location is also huge!

Shelia is the best! I have been going to the man cave for 5 years, the new place in Hannaford Plaza is awesome big and clean the decor is really awesome Boston sports pictures everywhere. The hair cuts are high quality and quick. Definitely recommend going there best barber around.
