Candace is an amazing uplifting hard-working caring yoga and Pilates instructor. I have been taking yoga with candace for many years either in person or online and even if I just lie on my mat and listen to her she uplifts me with every inspiring word. She is very knowledgeable of the body and all of its muscles. She only encourages you to do what your body tells you it can do. She gives so much of her time And effort willingly without asking for anything in return but maybe a donation and she definitely deserves to be paid for all Of her time helping all of us.
