I was supposed to have a telehealth appointment. I didn't receive any information on how to access the call or if I'd be receiving a call. I called the office and someone said "We'll let them know." I called back 15 minutes later and was waiting on hold for over 5 minutes, until someone offsite answered my call. At this point I just wanted to cancel my account, because it was 20 minutes past my appointment time and this was my first experience with this business. Counseling is a big step for people, and getting stood up doesn't make it any easier. It was just unfortunate and made me upset.
