After 20 years my wife and I will no longer be patients (clients/customers/nor loyal enthusiastic supports) of the practice. Our company elected to go with BCBS in January 2021. Unfortunately Dr Mia's practice is now an out of Network provider of the premier Blue Cross Blue Shield Dental group. They require all Blue Cross insurers to pay for services when rendered. This practice demonstrates one or both the following. Distrust of a patient's ability to pay and or over billing practice. In fact we would have gladly paid more for services. However, it seems wrong to pay more services

My dad went to the dentist for an appointment looking to figure out how to fix his chipped front tooth. He had his precious dentist send over his full mouth xrays that we're done 18 months ago. He got into the appointment and took his X-rays WITHOUT his consent and proceeded to do a cleaning (which he explained he didn't need or want). The dentist went on to say that he had this and that but never addressed the reason he went in the first placee. The chipped tooth. The dentist was condescending and unprofessional. Would not come here
