This place is horrible. Not only do they cycle through staff like it’s a buffet, but they can’t even answer the phone or get back to patients in a timely manner, because now everything is done over the ‘portal’ Not only is Debora money hungry but she’s also not very empathetic. Getting an appointment was always 2 weeks out and when I needed an appointment I was told to just ‘go to an urgent care’ What’s the point in a PCP if I can’t even see them? DONT GO HERE.

Unfortunately this review is no longer true. The last year has been a nightmare getting calls or appointments they want you to only use the patient portal for ALL contact this is absolutely wrong and actually alitte bit of abandonment so ive left this practice for thier lack of concern and lack of ability to care for patients adequately. If you want personal care and not have your care over a computer go elsewhere,and im now fighting to get my medical records they refuse to send to my new dr at my request. So sad and disappointed 2022. only office ive ever been where I was heard. I was sick for

I have SO enjoyed switching my family doctor to Ms. Debora! This year she helped me identify and treat an adrenal issue, in a very cost-effective way. I was crashing with exhaustion usually by 7pm every night, to where I could not finish my daily responsibilities and my husband had to take over more than his share of work again and again. Now and then I crashed in the morning or afternoon for no reason. I have never had to nap before, and some days I would nap twice just to get through. Some days I could exercise and some days I couldn’t, rewarded with headaches and exhaustion for my effort.

I really appreciate Symphony Health Care and Deborah Donahue because of the through way she approaches my health care and her willingness to educate me regarding my continued good health. Her staff is very helpful and they are pleasant. It makes going to the doctor a positive experience when you are treated as a person and not just another person an office is pushing through their routine. With Deborah, you matter.

My first visit with Dr Deborah Donahue was a week ago. She sat and listened to all of my concerns and took time to be very thorough with me. I sought her out because I’ve been trying to address a few things with my primary and was beginning to feel dismissed. When I met with her, I finally felt “heard”. Dr D was not at all dismissive and took plenty of time with me which was very refreshing. It’s easy to just be rushed along and made to feel like “just another number” at many doctors offices. But, this one isn’t that way. Which is wonderful.

Mrs. Deborah takes time to answer questions and has time for some funny comments. She is very caring. If you are not well she tries to get to the root of things. Makes tests, troubleshoots, makes good suggestions and follows up. I feel very well cared for with her. Her office girls and techs are very pleasant and helpful.
I especially like that Mrs. Deborah is into natural things. She has some good therapies. Go and check her out. You will keep going back. I have been going to her for quite some years and keep going back. I recommended her to other people and they love her. You can't lose trying

Absolutely the BEST medical office experience I’ve ever had. The staff is kind and helpful and Debora Donahue, ARNP-BC is super knowledgeable and full of great information that makes you excited to take part in your health journey! I’ve lost 12 pounds and feel amazing. They take most major insurance and if they don’t, the office is willing to work with very reasonable self-pay options as well. Highly recommend!

I Love Dr. Donahue - she believes in helping you figure our the root cause of your symptoms and is not quick to prescribe you medicines without investigating your issues in detail, analyzing blood work and adjusting your diet where needed. She showed concern when my rheumatologist or previous general primary care Dr did not! I highly recommend her.

Her staff provides you with the same excellent care. Anytime you call or have a question or concern about a symptom or medication there is always someone that will give you an immediate response . I don’t usually leave reviews for anyone, and, if I do, they’re not as glowing as I hope this one will be to you. I have gone to many different doctors in my life - at least one a month, and, lately, it had been up to one a week. No doctor or their staff have shown the kindness, knowledge, and genuine concern for my well-being that Ms. Donahue and her staff have displayed. As a Christian, I truly appreciate these qualities.
