Massage, the healing arts, as well as art itself is a powerful tool for healing. Our bodies function more fully after a massage, arts, via connection through sound, frequency, touch, visual, etc as art ourselves. By creating a systematic response of healing through multiple stimulation to the nervous and emotional systems we have engaged the healing response as art itself and or as magical beings.
By combining the art of healthy eating, exercise, that does not stress the body, but heals we can upload a holistic approach for rapid healing and growth. Such as: Dance, meditation, music/sound, hypnotherapy, guided visualization and imagery and of course massage and energy work.

I hate that I went here. This was a truly chaotic experience. She double booked clients and kept talking to her other waiting client through the walls while she was giving me a massage. She’s an antivaxxer and anti masker and claimed her humidifier killed the disease while she was coughing through my massage all while not wearing a mask. Her desk was even cluttered with antimask propaganda. She kept talking about religion, the pseudoscience she believes in and her bad day while she was giving her massage which is not relaxing. Kept trying to upcharge during the massage. Never coming here again

Had anti-masker propaganda next to the front desk area that falsely claimed masks make you sick. She also claimed Reiki had to do with Jesus. Avoid at all costs if you want a therapist who knows what they're actually doing instead of one who spouts crazy conspiracies and doesn't even know the history of the services they are offering.

Shandell is AMAZING! I have been going in for prenatal massage my whole pregnancy and she always makes me feel so much better Physically and Mentally. She is thoughtful, kind and caring. I woke up with a wicked neck cramp and searched out multiple short notice appointments. Ocean spirit was the first one with availability. Scheduled an appointment online. Recieved a confirmation. Sat outside in the freezing temperatures for 20 minutes waiting. Tried calling with no answer. She finally called me at appointment time and when I told her I was waiting outside she said she hadn't checked her appointments and I didn't give her enough notice. No sorry. No can I schedule you later. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

The massage therapist at this ocean Spirit massage is courteous kind and caring she knows her job very well and she is one lady that I would recommend to anybody that is willing to get a massage and is willing to find out how to get in tuned with their own body she is very nice and kind. Herplace is very clean very respectable and very nice I recommend it to anybody that is willing to step aside and do the best for their health.

From the moment I stepped foot in the office, I was treated with a lot of respect. The office was welcoming & the massage from Shandell Warren was amazing. She asked questions regarding what was bothering me, worked out the knots in my body, and gave me some great recovery advise. All in all I was pleased with my visit. Shandell most definitely did an amazing job.
