I hired Nebrasky to fix a plumbing issue we are having. They came to my home, charged us $1000 to replace a $30 pvc piece and told me everything was good to go. Once they left we ran the shower and the water flooded in the basement backing up out of the drain again, same issue that was happening prior to the "fix".

Initial visit for evaluation of work to be done was comprehensive and the tech patiently answered all questions we had. We were presented with options and no 'hard sell' tactics of any kind. Greg Luke is such a wonderful technician. He's patient, communicative, professional and the job was done so fast. I worried about the expense for having my plumber come just to unclog the kitchen sink, but the truth is, we need a sink that works, and I knew he would have it done fast and done well. And then he gave us a 15% discount because he didn't need the big machinery to do it... I know that's money out of his pocket and the company - but it is a gesture that really won my loyalty even on small things like this. There's an integrity to that, right?

Our kitchen sink was leaking underneath and we couldn’t use it. I entered information for an appointment online on the Nebraska website, they called right away, he showed up on time the same day, and the technician was awesome. Greg made the work look easy and the whole process was really simple. I highly recommend these folks.

Domenick Lepera, and his trainee, Alex, came to give us an esimate for a whole home generator with a transfer switch. The communication before he even got to my house was excellent. While getting the information he needed to provide the estimate, he found a minor gas leak at our house and notified us immediately. Domenick was very knowledgeable and courteous. We even received the estimate within a few hours!
