I brought in my gold necklace to have the clasp repaired and within 20 minutes the job was completed with quality of work that surpassed my very high expectations. Then there was the cost.... REMARKABLY FAIR!!!!! I was very satisfied with the fair cost of service and materials while being provided with flexible payment options accepting all major credit cards. With a nice atmosphere and relaxing music, the 20 minute wait felt like only 10 minutes; the clerk was even able to satisfy the needs of other customers who entered the store, all clearly

Needed some work on my Burberry watch. New Crystal, battery, watch band and the internals just needed cleaning. Hanna seemed very knowledgeable and explained the process and cost. An example is that my battery replacement would cost $5 more because my watch is waterproof, which in turn meant that it needed a new seal and be pressurized. All of these repairs for what I would consider a reasonable price. Would recommend for your jewelry repairs
