I was born in Russia and received my medical, dental, and orthodontic education in Moscow, Russia. In 1994, I came to the United States. My professional journey in this country began in Los Angeles, CA where I received my dental license and practiced General Dentistry for 2 years.
Orthodontics has always been my passion and even though I have received Orthodontic training in Russia, I always felt that I needed to study more to be able to provide my patients with the best treatment possible.When I was accepted into Graduate Orthodontic Program at Indiana U. School of Dentistry, I moved to Indianapolis to pursue my dream.

Lorraine Frey is a Certified Orofacial Myologist, providing orofacial myofunctional therapy services to children of all ages and adults. Her extensive background in the dental field as a Registered and Licensed Dental Hygienist has encompassed 30 years of clinical practice in periodontal, general and pediatric private practice settings.
We are an orthodontic office but we are quite different from other orthodontic offices because of our approach to orthodontic treatment. The treatment that we do is not just about straight teeth. Our goal is to the degree possible (especially depending on the age of the child), improve facial development and facial balance to be as close to the genetic plan for each child as possible.
CENTER for EARLY ORTHODONTIC TREATMENT was opened on the north side of Indianapolis in December of 2013. We treat children of all ages but our main focus is on young children under the age of 10 while they are still growing. The Center is designed entirely different from traditional Orthodontic office because our approach to orthodontic treatment is entirely different.
Here at our Indianapolis Center for Early Orthodontic Treatment, we practice Orthotropics or facial growth guidance. Orthotropics - an early prevention, non-extraction, no headgears, and non-surgical method of orthodontic treatment. Orthotropics strives to guide facial growth through correction of oral posture with orthotropic appliances.
