A: We pay our owners electronically by the 10th of each month (after rent funds have cleared the bank), but your banking institution may hold the funds for a day or two. Statements are emailed quarterly and are also viewable in your owner portal online at any time. A: Rent is due on the 1st of each month with a 4-day grace period.

Never ever rent from this place unless you want to deal with nonsense and unprofessional like qualities. If you have to pay your rent beyond the 5th day...get ready for a 14 day notice to vacate! (All throughout the pandemic)They are greedy for money and care nothing about compassion for thier "tenants" So many things wrong with the house we was in before we even moved in..and when they decided not to renew the lease (they raised the rent 300 and couldn't do that with us still there) they reinspected the house and charged us with outrageous charges that was already there when we moved in..but now

The team specifically Shawn has been so helpful to my family and I during our move. I cannot thank Macdoc enough for answering all questions, throughly explaining things for me and being friendly and prompt the entire time.
