Fabulous dentistry practice. I just moved to Summit from NYC, and needed all hands on deck attention. I got it. Root canal, fillings, crowns, etc. never been happier. Lots of postponed work taken care of in weeks. This place has been a second office to me. Thanks for getting me back on track. Don’t neglect your teeth folks.

It's taken me a while to write this review because I wanted to be certain about what I needed to say. I went to Dr. Ok for a routine cleaning and check up. She told me that I needed a deep cleaning and I had to get them every 3 months. She also told me that if I did not do them that I would eventually lose all my teeth. I've never had a dentist be so blunt, but ok. I started to do them and they told me that I was going to be treated for periodontal, which is a costly treatment. Not to worry, I had good insurance. However you did not inform me during my appointment that it might not last due to my metabolism my age and what not. I was calling your office within three months after my appointment with you. It took you six months to return my phone call. During that phone call I clearly stated I had been trying to get in touch with you and I would like to come in and have additional services done. I tried scheduling a Botox visit (first time customer) the woman on the phone (Dee) asked if I was using a Groupon or joining their Botox program before telling me what their availability was. I said I wasn't sure about the program yet. She said if I joined the program she could get me an appointment sooner. WHAT?! So basically you are forced to join their Botox program in order to be seen in a timely manner? I don't care how great of job they do, this is terrible business practice.

I cannot say enough about Summit Dentist or doctor OK. I have been going to Dr. OK for almost 3 years. From the moment I walk in to their office the staff is beyond friendly warm and hospitable. I recently had a visit with her for Botox and the staff takes every precaution to make their facility Covid safe following every guideline and even more precautions. This is my second visit to this office . The dental hygienist is extremely gentle and thorough. I am a "nervous dental " patient and they take their time with me and explain all procedures .The reason I give this office such a high rating is the staff is extremely professional and knowledgeable. The office is immaculate and the dentist wasn't rushed and gave me a thorough exam .

OMG! I've tried many plastic surgeons for my botox treatments and always had issues. I'd end up with 1 eye getting hung up and would go 2 weeks looking ridiculous.
I found Dr. Ok from a groupon, of all things, and she nailed it on the first shot!! I've been seeing her for 4 years now and she never fails me.

This office is very disrespectful and rude I called and just asked to speak with the office manager and just get a name of who I would be speaking with and the receptionist was nasty and hung up on me if the Dentist actually knew who was taking their calls they would fire them. Dr. Erin Welfel is such a caring and if efficient dentist. I've been to many other dentists and they've hurt my mouth, she's so gentle. They also used a digital scanner to make my night guard for me. What a fantastic technology to use, no nasty impressions to make!

The entire staff at Summit Dentist are top notch. There is rarely any wait and the whole process is transparent from exactly what is covered by insurance to what is happening during the procedure. I have legitimately fallen asleep during cavity fillings... they really numb you and all of the doctors and associates are just so relaxed it genuinely sets you at ease. I cannot recommend this practice more. They are the BEST!

The office is clean, bright and uber friendly. The whole process from appointment to the "event" of getting my cavities filled was painless and a breeze. Dr. Ok and her staff are friendly and efficient and I didn't have to wait. Even if I had, I wouldn't have minded as each room has a TV to watch and magazines to read to keep you occupied. She was in and out, quick and painless, and next thing I knew, my 4 cavities were taken care of.
