Dental implants set a foundation for replacement of missing teeth that look, feel, and function like natural teeth. With dental implants, dental health can be preserved through the maintenance of natural bone and soft tissue around teeth. A dental implant is a small titanium (a lightweight metal) post that can be used to replace a single tooth or multiple missing teeth.
To expect predictable long-term success for dental implants, both functionally and aesthetically, a sufficient amount of healthy jawbone should be available at the potential implant site. At times, the bone that holds the teeth in place (the socket) may be damaged by periodontal disease and/or infection, which results in shrinkage of bone.
Implant-supported dentures are over-dentures fixed to the gums by implants. For patients who have an uncomfortable or loose-fitting denture, stabilizing the area with implants can be a more comfortable and functional solution. Mini implants are placed in the jaw, where they are anchored firmly in the surrounding bone.

Dr. Goyal, I want to thank you for the exceptional results of the incisor implant you did for me. The first time I saw my smile I was amazed that something subtle had changed. I believe that the angle you chose for the implant raises my lip just the tiniest bit higher than before, making for a warmer smile. I wasn't expecting an aesthetic improvement at this late stage and am delighted.

I had 2 implants made at Dr Goyle's practice and I couldn't be happier about the process and the result.
Starting with very thorough walk through of the stages and transparent pricing. We planned all phases around my frequent travels and I didn't really feel that I need to change my schedules too much.
Given it took about 8 months from the extraction until ready for crowns, I consider that quite an achievement.
I highly recommend Dr Goyle and I will surely be back for any next job if needed.

Until I met Dr. Goyal and her excellent staff the thought of the periodontist filled me with trepidation. She is a highly skilled professional with a lovely demeanor who works very hard to put even the most timid of patients at ease. Her office is very efficiently run by an excellent staff. I high recommend a trip to her office and I do travel an hour to get there!

I moved to New Jersey seven years ago and lucky me I found Dr. Goyal. I have been seeing a periodontist since the mid 80's. I always dreaded those visits. Not any longer. I can't say enough about Dr. Goyal and her hygienist. They are caring, gentle and very professional. Dr. Goyal always presents the options available for treatment in a straight forward and honest manner. I appreciate too that my appointments are never rushed. Dr. Goyal will spend as much time as needed to answer any and all questions you may have.

Great experience with Dr Goyal and her entire staff. Very friendly, professional, and considerate. I had an implant procedure complete with a crown to replace a lower right tooth that had to be removed. The implant required several procedures but it was worth it. The new tooth is very strong, looks great and is pain free. My 1 year checkup went perfectly. I hope it stays this way for good. I would definitely recommend Dr. Goyal if you are considering an implant procedure. Ken

Dr Goyal did an amazing job on my tooth extraction and implant. It was relatively pain free. She has a very nice way with her patients. She is very thorough and explains what she is doing every step of the way. Her staff is great as well. Practice Mgr Meredith explains the billing and insurance end of things in a very concise manner. Also just received an excellent cleaning from their dental hygienist. I don't think I have ever received such a thorough cleaning before Dr Goyals office. I highly recommend Dr Goyal!
