Being a nurse practitioner is the best job in the world, I love what I do and getting to know my patients. The joy of family medicine is providing care to the individual and also the extended family members and friends! I love to help people, build relationships with patients, and problem solve. I've worked in a hospital setting with surgical patients, post-partum moms, and newborn babies; which I loved.

I called to get basic information to be assigned a new primary care physician & the receptionist, Meredith, was rude, had an attitude the entire time, was reluctant on answering me, & was of absolutely no help. as i ended the phone call (being very polite, as a decent human being should) i said “thank you so much for the information, i appreciate it. you have a great rest of your day.” BEFORE I EVEN FINISHED, she was interrupting me by “mhm-ing” throughout my finishing statement then immediately HUNG UP ON ME. if youre not happy doing customer service & helping people, maybe you should

I’ve had so many doctors barely listen to my concerns and get me in and out of their office as fast as possible, often without a real solution to my concerns. Not at Stellar! I see Beverly and in our first appointment she spent a good hour with me, asking thorough questions, REALLY listening to my concerns, and looking at all aspects of of my health. I finally feel like I have a doctor that’s looking out for me and can help me reach my health goals.

Melissa is very kind and compassionate. I'm so glad I started seeing her this past year because after graduating from NDSU and no longer being able to go to the clinic on campus, I had a few really bad appointments with other providers. You can really tell Melissa cares about her patients though, and I never feel rushed here.

The doctors and nurse are good. The receptionists & office staff are terrible. They are unfriendly, slow, and unreliable. If you don't follow up with multiple time/phone calls they don't get the things done in a timely manor.
And they DO NOT answer the phone during noon hour even though Stellar's voicemail says they are open 8-5. So if you work an 8-5 job good luck getting a hold of them and taking care of any mix ups or new things you need. Often multiple phone calls take place and who can step away from their desk that often at work! They are terrible about notifying your pharmacy about last

They go above and beyond to help you feel better. From the front desk, to the nurses, to the np’s, everyone greets you with a smile and makes going to the doctor a fun and happy experience. I’ve never felt rushed to get in and out as fast as possible like I have with previous doctors. They let me take the time to describe all of my symptoms and make sure I am comfortable with all tests, medications, and treatments that have been recommended. Love, love, love this place!
