I must say, when my car got stalled and needed Towing, Optimum is the best to call. It was in the middle of the night after my shift and when I called them up for help customer service was fast and very reliable. It wasn’t long when they got in my location, and they were able to quickly act to my needs. Highly efficient people indeed.

They're not even located in Jacksonville Florida, and are very unprofessional. When you call they ask do you need help in California and you say no they say sorry can't help you and hang up the phone. Then get a California phone number and not a 904 phone number area code which is for Jacksonville.
