Everyone at Carat's is amazing! I've gone in a few times with minor adjustments and finally I wanted to change a stone on a ring that was scratched. They recommended the type of stone that would work best, I gave them a budget range and Melissa brought in two amazing stones. She showed me the least expensive first which is the one I ended up loving (she agreed). While I waited they cleaned the pieces I had on and discovered some stones were loose on my bracelet and white gold wearing off. For a nominal fee they repaired it. It looks fantastic! Eric was awesome! Excellent experience with him helping me pick the perfect ring for my 10 year wedding anniversary! The staff turned the re-sizing of the ring around in a day so it was all ready to be picked up on time. Eric was very helpful and helped me make the right decision, and my wife was so surprised and loved the ring!! Bravo to Carats!!

Stopped there and fix my Shineola watch Melissa was very helpful. The store has many things to offer including fine watches jewelry and a estate jewelry. They are very friendly and willing to help and even have a mini bar location is convenient right off of 41. Very nice merchandise I would highly recommend this place.

Melissa at Carats was outstanding. I came into the store very confused and misguided from previous places in search of the perfect ring for my now-fiancee. She guided me with patience, information and the best of all, without any pressure. I gave her my budget, she searched and delivered the perfect diamond and setting.
