Engineered hardwood planks are constructed, or engineered as the name suggests, from multiple layers. The top layer, also called wear layer, is still a 100% real wood. Other layers, made up of plywood, are stacked in opposite directions and bonded together.

Had all new cabinets installed in our kitchen. Some of them don't shut properly, some aren't straight and there is just too much wasted space above the oven when the cabinet should have been been fitted properly. They also had to come back out and fix the cabinets after they were installed because the oven wouldn't fit even after we thoroughly discussed the size of the oven! Trying to get them to come back out was awful, never could get an answer to a definite day and time to fix it. Not impressed with the quality of them either, especially with the cost. They should be flawless. Very disappointing

I purchased flooring 1,700 sq feet in 2020. Today they quoted me almost 40% higher. They said they will meet me half way with only a 17% increase from when I purchased last year. They are "accounting for inflation" I only needed an additional couple hundred sq feet.
They own the product, so I'm not sure how materials already in hand are affected by inflation.
This place is a rip off if you need additional product. Please customers be aware of this place. I dislike being taken advantage of in times like this.

German Flooring has just finished a major remodeling of my kitchen -- in fact, it was a complete makeover rather than a remodeling, complete with new cabinetry, fixtures and countertops. They did a wonderful job, and I recommend them without any reservations. You can see the pictures of the remodeling in their Instagram account.

Salesperson arrived, I had to ask more than once he wear a mask. Promised to give me a quote within 2-3 days. Never heard from him again. No reply to email. I risked my life to have this guy come in my house. I would never do business with this company ever again. yelp requires I give one star. I'd give zero stars.

Only leaving review for appointment for quote. I read reviews and most were positive so filled out online request for estimate for kitchen, bathroom flooring and possibly counter tops. After 3 days i called and made appointment with lana for the following week. She texted me in the morning to confirm. I said yes i would be ready for her at 2. I arranged my work day around this time and hurried home. At 215 she texted me and said she got held up and couldn't make it and wanted to come tomorrow. Im busy and with so many flooring companies out there I don't want to use one after starting

We have used German flooring in the past and we love doing business with them. They are very friendly and have wonderful products. I always buy the material from them eventhough I reside in bay area now. Love working with OT and Steven. They always carry best material with reasonable price and also installation cost is the lowest than any other installer. I always have recommended them in the past and will continue do in future too.

Just finished having bathroom and kitchen floors put in. The installers were very good, on time and worked quickly. It ended up costing more as they found wood rot after removing tile in the bathroom. I love the bathroom floor but am so mad at myself for flooring choice in the kitchen. I wish they had brought samples to my home when doing measurements but it's my fault. I'll have to learn to live with it. Expensive mistake! Lana was excellent with communication throughout process and always pleasant and professional. The quartz counter they put in bathroom is my favorite part! It's so pretty. I

I was looking to redo the flooring and backsplash in a brand new home that we purchased in Folsom Ranch. Mike came out and gave me an estimate to do the flooring , and was very competitive and reasonable with pricing. He helped us select flooring at his shop and gave us very good recommendations. Throughout the whole process, the team was very helpful in other items during the remodel. They touched up baseboards, gave us options for floor molding and cleaned up all the areas. The flooring and backsplash turned out great and we are very happy! We will definitely be using them for future projects

My family was talking about remodeling our kitchen for a few months before we were recommended to hire German Flooring to help us out. We had Mike come out to give us an estimate. When he came out, we decided to not only remodel the kitchen but to take out some walls and redo the fireplace. He worked with us to find all the things we need to make our dream home come to life. They did an amazing job. They worked quickly and efficiently. They got the job done in less than two weeks! Also, we bought our flooring from them. All of their products are of good quality. I had a leak that ended up damaging the flooring in my home. German Flooring gave me a quick and accurate estimate and got started soon after. They replaced my laminate flooring with luxury vinyl, added ceramic tile to my bathrooms and replaced the baseboards with more modern baseboards. Everything was done quickly and looks beautiful! Everyone involved from start to finish was very professional and kind. I would recommend if someone needed flooring things done.
