Erin Henry, where do we start this lady is phenomenal. We was very reluctant in the beginning, thinking we were rushing the process instead of taking it slowly. But Erin reassured us/me many times. It took from May to August to find our home. We closed last Wednesday. I highly recommend Erin/ Allen Tate. They are down to earth people, very helpful and with you every step of the way. Being out of state, I attempted to make an appointment with an agent to look at property in the Durham area. Unfortunately, I was dealt with in not so much a pleasant manner/experience. The agent demanded I get financial documentation before I was shown houses. I'm aware of what I currently own and can afford. The agent passed on showing me around. I'm wondering if Allen Tate realty is doing business by pressuring it's costumers into sales...

What a great office staff wise. We came into the area looking for a rental until we found an area to buy in and right away we were greeted and they worked so fast we had a rental by Monday. BJ Knox is amazing and really knows her stuff. I trust her judgement completely and she have really educated us on the area. We have found our real estate agent for life in this area. A job well done and ongoing as we look for a house
