When it comes to home inspections, Flawless Home Inspections holds itself to the highest standard of quality of work and professionalism, and are committed to providing its customers with the best service in the industry. The inspections include a complete and thorough review of all the major systems of a home, and F.H.I adheres to the Nevada state regulatory compliance standards.
1. Test your garage door opener monthly to ensure that it reverses when it hits an obstruction or when its sensor beam is interrupted. 3. Replace furnace filters every 30-60 days, or as recommended by the furnace manufacturer. 9. Replace the batteries in smoke detectors yearly. And remember, even recent hard-wired smoke detectors have backup batteries that must be replaced.
We also offer sub contracted items that helps our customers not have to schedule 4 different items at once, you make one call to flawless and flawless can have it scheduled with their sub contracted partners and have these items come as a part of your report. Flawless inspections has partnered with someone to conduct the following; Water testing, well/septic certs, and termite inspections.

James did a great job with our home inspection he was prompt and very detailed. He had high end equipment, he used a drone to inspect the roof, and also did thermal imaging which we had requested to make sure there was no mold or leaks as my husband is very sensitive to mold. I would 100% recommend Flawless to any of my friends and family.

Extremely satisfied with Flawless home inspection!! James provided exceptional service. He was highly recommended and he didn’t disappoint James was extremely punctual and efficient. Gave Very detailed report with pictures . Inspected things I wouldn’t have even thought to look for . I Highly recommend Flawless Home Inspections. I am very happy I chose this company!!
