All services were awesome. Doug was professional, On time and most of all made the Inspection process easy. The Report he gave was one of the easiest to access and read. I received the report the same day as the inspection with is very rare.

We bought our house earlier this year and Doug was our inspector. I really appreciated how thorough he was during his inspection. One thing we loved about his approach was when he found an issue, or something that he thought may cause a problem down the road, he didn't just leave it at "this needs to be fixed/replaced". He took his time to explain exactly what he thought, and several ways we could go about taking care of it. I would much rather have a heads-up about a possible issue than be surprised and angry later. I would recommend Doug and A Closer Look to anyone who really wants a thoughtful
