WOW!!!! My area rug looks brand new after Brian's Cleaning! We were going to throw it away but not anymore. I tried everything to get the stains out nothing worked. Thank Brian and Chris you saved me a ton of money and the carpets in the house are all fresh and clean too. 10 out of 10 boys, I will be booking again soon. Never using anyone else again.

The carpet technician, Chris, showed up on time, got everything setup and was done within 90 minutes.
This company provides a great service, great value and is efficient!
They also went above and beyond to give tips for maintenance along the way.

Even more now than before, I don't recommend them. He just responded to my review on Facebook that I left from work he did at our old house in 2018 (I never got around to leaving a review back then) saying he would have definitely made it right if I would have just contacted him and then called me a liar.
We had stains that didn't come out AT ALL, that was the main reason I hired him to do the carpet. I understand it isn't a guarantee, but they were in and out with the whole house in 15 minutes. You'd think he would have spent a little more time on the stains. The carpet was left SOAKING wet as

I didn't use their services. Very unprofessional. Night before scheduled service I asked to confirm, said I'd meet them there to open up the house and then asked if they could text me 15 minutes prior to finishing and I would come back and pay them and lock up house. This was an empty home we were moving out of. He said he didn't want to do that, that I could just pay him in advance and then lock up the house for me. I explained that I wanted to see the work had been completed before I paid. He said it sounded like I was trying to scam him, that he didn't want to wait around twiddling his thumbs

Super happy with both of my experiences using Brian’s Cleaning! On time, super nice and soooo affordable! My “U” shaped couch needed cleaning so bad and after getting quotes from larger companies I gave up because it was well out of my budget. I reached out to Brian after seeing his posts on my Facebook and I’m so happy I did! My couch looks great and I booked him the following weekend for my 3 rooms of carpet! He is also super quick too! You won’t be disappointed. I cannot wait to book him to clean the grout! 👍🏻

Brian and his crew were amazing! They were even able to fix a different company’s botched carpet cleaning and the carpets look great now! Their tile and grout cleaning is top notch and my tile/ grout has never looked better. Never going elsewhere again! Give them a call you will not be disappointed!

Used Brian's service, they showed up right on time, explained the service in detail and even afterwards they explained a few trouble spots and what to expect. They were quick but thorough. The price was beyond reasonable and the guys were very personable, they were polite and genuine. I will use the service exclusively from now on.

I called in a rush. Needed to get the rental ready for show WHILE I'm moving out. Brian answered when I called and scheduled me the very next day. Here on time. Used solid products and professional machines. The house smells fresh and the carpet looks great! Reasonable prices and friendly capable service.

I used Brian's services today, he cleaned my tile floors. They were professional, dillegent and amazing. They cleaned my downstairs, heavily trafficked tile and I have two dirty dogs.... Brian educated me on upkeep and what to do and not do to keep my tile looking great. He also gave me a quote over the phone and when he arrived and saw the areas I needed cleaned told me it was actually $50 less than what he quoted on the phone. My floors have never looked better! I highly recommend Brian's!! I will definately use him in the future without looking anywhere else.

Brian did the carpets at IMS urgent care in Queen Creek tonight and they look incredible! This is not the first time we have used his service and it won't be the last !
