I recently had my personal house and my vacation rental house cleaned by Joel & Kale and they were so great!!! Joel is so nice and thorough and he was soooooo easy to work with! The prices are fantastic and there was no surprise charges like other companies have. I will absolutely have him back at both homes on a regular basis!!

Very early in the year we decided to get our carpets cleaned and scheduled an appt. with Riggs Services. The day before someone was supposed to come to the house I sent an e-mail (using the original conversation) confirming the time. Netty replied, rather unapologetically, that she forgot to set up our appt. Good thing I had sent an inquiry or else I would have been sitting home all morning for a "no show." There's a little more to the short story, but in conclusion we decided against using them for the job.

Simply the best service. I have two young children and they were very interested in what was happening during the cleaning. Joel was so understanding and even held my son so I could clean up the last room. (The one the kids were in) Very polite and wonderful at his job. His wife is great at scheduling and they're obviously a very effective team! If only every company could be like them! They are the standard of 5 star service. Excellent!

I had a really disgusting rug that i loved. I knew I needed someone who could clean the dog urine out of it (apartment living is great). So it obviously needed a deep cleaning. They came to my house and did the rug and a chair and ottoman for me. Super professional and friendly people. I also love that it's a family business since I come from small family owned businesses as well. My rug looks brand new and so does my chair!

Great company! We had a house that we were renting that needed the carpets cleaned before move-out and Joel was able to come out and clean them on a Saturday, with only a day's notice. I wouldn't normally ask that of a carpet cleaning company, but that helped us out so much. Really grateful he was able to do that. The quoting system on their website was also accurate and the pricing was very affordable. Netty, who handled the email correspondence was also great to work with, and quick to respond. Friendly and professional company, will definitely recommend!

I have had Riggs Services to my home on multiple occasions - I wouldn't use anyone else. They are always willing to work around my schedule and my schedule can be quite hectic at times. When I had Joel clean my sofa I was amazed at how it came out. It didn't really look dirty - just dull and it looked practically new when he finished.
I love how nice my carpets look when they are done and how quickly they dry when he is finished. Usually it takes forever for them to dry. Joel is always very considerate of my home and wears covers on his shoes. I will not have anyone else in my home.

I would recommend Riggs Services highly. We had a rental house and when the tenants moved out we decided we were just gong to move in there after we saw what the house looked like. The tenants had a few animals like 2 or 3 dogs, 2 cats, 2 birds and what a mess the carpet was..We called Riggs Service to come out and give us a estimate on what could be done and if we could save the carpet at all. Joel informed us that the carpet was beyond just being cleaned. He said he could clean it but it would have to be done again because the stains and spots would eventually come back through. Talk about an upstanding and honest company. If you want a company you can open the door and leave for them to work or sit and joke with while they clean the couch or floor then you found them. Joel is extremely honest, funny and a real hoot to watch clean. (if you are nice he might dance with he cleans) This is the only company I am completely comfortable having my house open to at any time.

I got the recommendation from a Facebook group (Higley Friends) for Riggs Services. Joel came by today and did a fabulous job. He is extremely professional and personable. He was very respectful of our curious yet timid dog. He was very open and honest and gave me some tips for the future on upholstery and tile cleaning. Not at all pushy or "upselling". I would recommend this company to any friend.
