B Street Collision is incredibly thankful to partner with the Downtown YMCA, Beautiful Gate, Women's United Ministry, and Seventh-Day Adventist church to give 100 turkeys to 100 families in the local community this holiday season.

I want to start out by saying Sherry was amazing all the way through the process of my repairs. A true asset to your company. Also wanted to give a huge thanks to Cory. I had some issues that were taken care of and he was right there with me every step of the way. Very professional and all around good man! I was referred here by Baxter to get my Jeep Wrangler doors hinges repaired and repainted. From the beginning appointment I was treated as a top customer. I think the guy that assisted me was named David, and he was very detailed on what to expect for my repairs. They made my appointment within a few weeks of my first appointment. I received numerous updates on the process of my Jeep as well via text. Top notch work and highly recommended.

Great service and finish ahead of schedule. Only recommendation was that they replaced 2 of the tires and put both new tires on same side of the car which caused the car to pull to that side. At first I thought we still had a problem after repairs, but once I rotated tires so both new tires were on rear of vehicle the car didn’t pull to that side anymore.

I used the one at Sapp Brothers. Clean and very friendly staff. Mike Adams helps with the estimates at the facility. He does amazing work and takes the time to explain the whole process to you. All around amazing! Sherry helped me out immensely and gave me great advice! I was a rear-end collision newbie and she put me in the right direction on claims as soon as she saw I was doing it wrong! Lol
The whole team was super helpful, loved the frequent text updates, my car was fixed quicker than expected and it looks like it never got rear-ended!

I had body work done on my car as well as painting. I was kept up to date on every aspect of the job. My car was done 2 weeks early which I thought was wonderful. The car looks awesome I am so happy. Mike was very nice and patient with my questions and concerns and everything turned out beautiful. I definitely would recommend them to everyone. Absolutely 5 stars!!!!

After someone rear ended me, their insurance recommended B Street. After getting a couple estimates from others as well as B street, B street stood out in estimate, professionalism, and were more helpful. They got me in quicker than others and was finished before they initially expected. I’d highly recommend them again. Very easy to work with.

They did body work after a collision. When I dropped it off, the rental car company had left without leaving a vehicle. They took me to the agency and made sure I was taken care of before they left. After picking up my car I had battery problems. They came and jumped it, and contacted an auto supply store to tell them I was coming. As for the work they performed, it looks great. Their customer service before and after is exceptional. I will recommend them every time.

They were sufficient on the timing of my vehicle. The work they did made my car look like it was brand new. It was cleaned perfectly. I worked with someone named Kyle and he was very communicative and friendly. They made sure I was satisfied when picking up my vehicle with a complete walk around. Answered all my questions. Kyle even stayed late so I could come back in and pick my garage door opener up I had left in my rental vehicle that I left there upon departure. 5/5 stars from me!
