Called Benicia Plumbing this morning for a clogged bathroom sink. We have used them before and have been happy. But today I was told because I live in Concord it was outside Solano county the fee to come out is $185 plus the cost of repairs. That's absolutely ridiculous. They have now lost a long time customer.

I had not only a garbage disposal not working but I had a bad valve in my garage that wasn't allowing water to flow at all. I received a next day appointment with a window from 1 to 3 Which made it more convenient for me. They even called to give me a heads up that they were about 10 minutes away so I could make sure I was home. The plumber arrived following all Covid social distancing protocols including mask gloves prior coming in my home. He was very efficient and was able to fix all of the problems in a very short amount of time couldn't be more happy with the customer service I

I've been using Benicia plumbing on all my rental properties for the last decade, more recently, I had a toilet that was leaking and they found the problem with the roots growing and gave me a cost-effective solution. I had a new hot water heater installed and as soon as I would turn on the hot water; there was a "horn blowing noise". I called them, Michael came over was very attentive, polite, responsive and professional. He fixed the problem and my hot water heater works like a "charm". Thanks Mike!

Lemon Tree Neighborhood in Vacaville. Has been left with water turn offs more than 3 times in the last 12 months. The most recent being November 12 for a time that will amount to almost 12 hours. Hundreds of Senior Citizens are being affected. Who is going to compensate these residents who are all on limited income and/or retirement and yet have no idea when the water will be turned back on.
