I found Dr. Wright through Invisalign’s site. After several subpar experiences at other dental offices in the area I was committed to finding an office I liked before spending a substantial amount of money on treatment. I was pleased when Wright Orthodontics got back to me promptly on Monday following my weekend voicemail. The lady who called was kind and personable setting the stage for a pleasant experience at my consultation.

I have been going to Wright Orthodontist for almost a year now. The customer service is phenomenal from check in to check out. Everyone is so nice and professional. Dr.Wright is so sweet and caring, his whole staff is amazing! I would recommend anyone who wants a beautiful smile to go here!! You won’t be disappointed! My appointments never lasts over an hour. In and out!!!! Definitely gets 5 stars!!

Dr. Wright and his team provides the highest quality service and professionalism at Wright Orthodontics. My case was an exception as IÂ traveled from Jamaica to fit my Invisalign Aligners. The process was seamless from the consultation to installation. The after-care services are commendable as I have received several follow-up calls to check-in on my progress. Dr. Wright and his staff are consistent with stellar customer service, technology and professionalism. I receive emails the week before each appointment and texts the morning of. My appointments always begin on time and are brief, yet thorough. The wires of traditional braces are removed at EVERY appointment so clients can floss and brush without obstruction. That's an added bonus for me as I've never had a cavity and want to maintain that standard. There are also a few options for retainers. I recently had the absolute worst experience! I was treated unfairly and discriminated on by the staff and the Dental Assistant Rachel who was also very rude. I came on time for my appointment wearing a mask considering germs. Rachel approached me and asked "What do you have because I'm not trying to catch anything I have to protect myself". She then walked away. Dell advised I would need to reschedule. I was furious considering I drove all the way to my appointment and I'm not contagious or unhealthy. I spoke with Dell who attempted to apologize for Rachel approach and continue

The on and off wait was a little longer than I'd like but the service definitely made up for it. I came in for a second opinion and will be allowing Wright Orthodontics to do my braces instead of my original place.

We have had a great experience here. Dr. Wright and his team are amazing. The facility is beautiful, the equipment is state of the art technology. I have been meaning to do a review of this place forever. I got SureSmile braces as an adult with this group and it was the best decision I ever made. Dr. Wright + his wife/other employees are so wonderful to be around and they genuinely make the effort to try to make your experience as easy as possible. Braces can be a daunting and sometimes painful experience and they were nothing but warm and professional. My teeth were crooked in the front with a major overbite and they got my issues fixed in about 16 months.....

Took my daughter for orthodontic work. I like that they are open on Saturdays ! That was a big plus! They are located in the corner of the Toco hills shopping center. The staff and the doctor is very polite and friendly. He did a good job explaining to my daughter what was going on. Also we were unsure of going with invisoline or mental braces but they explained the benefits vs problems with each kind. It really helped us to make a decision.

I would strongly suggest that you look for another place to have your orthodontic care completed. I had an appointment yesterday October 14th, 2015 at 12:30pm. I was stuck in a staff meeting, so I was unable to leave my office until 12:15. I called the office to ask them if I should come in or if I needed to reschedule. The receptionist asked me what I was coming in for. I informed her that I had lost my retainer and needed to have another one made. She told me "oh girl dont worry. Youre fine. My experience with having braces was scary at first but the friendly and very knowledgeable staff at Wright Orthodontics help calm my nerves. I was able to complete my treatment plan within 18 months and I couldn't be happier with the results! I highly recommend anyone who is considering braces to do your research!!! Ask questions like how will your braces effect your gums etc!? Consider the fact that after having your braces are removed you must wear a retainer!!!
