This is my favorite local spot. The staff is really cool. Tender Brandon is consistently awesome. This place is never too busy or ever empty, definitely a great neighborhood bar with little to no incidents happening. The best and notable thing about this place is the food. I haven't had one thing that I didn't like. The pizza is awesome, and they have specials. The fish on Fridays is excellent and something not to miss. Just about anyone could have a good time here. Doug has a great, clean, local family bar with the best homemade soups, meatloaf, fish, and ribs around! Always order a slab of baby backs and a meatloaf dinner for two. Soups are off the hook. Parking is plentiful and the safest. Tell Doug JellyRoll sent you. He’ll make sure to have you sit in very famous “court side seats!

Local hangout that has great food and atmosphere. It's a main stay in the neighborhood. Friendly staff, good service and food. Ordered a Antipasto salad and a large pizza. They have some of the best pizza around and other delicious food. Great drink priced served up by Emily. She is professional and a great bartender. She doesn't miss a beat. Fairly good bar and grill. I had the French Onion Soup and it was very good, best I've had in a very long time; great broth, lots of Onion and bread, thick cheese covering. My friend had a 4 piece square pizza and enjoyed it.
Service was good, my biggest complaint was that at various times the radio or sound system would kick in at a deafening volume.
It's open late and after a very stressful evening needed some time to decompress, our options were limited and we chose this place.

Stopped in for dinner. We ordered a Antipasto and a large pizza and some beers. I have to say the food and Dala's service did not disappoint. Everything was fabulous. Would highly recommend coming here for pizza, sandwiches, Nachos, finger food. Great prices and friendly service.

I made the order over the phone. The woman I spoke to must have been the new girl because her attitude was great. When I got there, it was very apparent that everyone there hates there job. Service was very dry. I wish the woman that I spoke to on the phone helped me. I was told 15 mns and they took about 25 to serve me my food. I ordered a 1/2 lb burger with onion rings and a personal cheese pizza. The pizza tasted like one of those frozen pizza you buy at a grocery store. The onion rings were not oil but very soft somehow. 1st time ordering from the Romeo Plank location for a delivery... Ordered a round deep dish with 3 items, bill was around $24.. thought that was high but then found a $2 coupon for a total of $22 which also includes the delivery fee... Still gave a tip of course .. Pizza arrived still hot, sauce was great, items were generous.. If I had one small complaint, I would ask that next time, they make sure the thick crust is cooked a tad better... The thickest part seemed to be a lil bit doughy, but overall, an awesome pizza.. If you are feeding a family of 4-5, then I suggest ordering the x-lg deep dish

I ordered a 1/2 lb hamburger NO cheese. This is what I got, a cheesburger. I called and said they made a mistake. They said they would make me another one. Ok. went back, got another burger and when I got home guess what, I received another cheeseburger. I guess I should have checked before I left. But you would think they wouldn't make the same mistake twice. I was wrong.
I'm sure it's a perfectly good cheesburger.

CUSTOMER BEWARE !!! Went into this establishment for a beer and a carry out tonight like I have done many times in the past. They were out of the beer I wanted (nothing new, happens quite often at this place) so I ordered a water. The bill came, and it was a little high. They put a 75 cent charge on for the carry out since I did not have a beer while waiting. No big deal, 75 cents is like a nickle these days, but it is the principle.
Note to the owner -- either stop charging extra for a carry out when no beer is purchased, or keep your beer stocked!

I will N E V E R go anythere else for Lake Perch. It was outstanding. I don't know where owner Dougie Sills gets his cooks, but they all know how to fry a great perch dinner. Go there on Polish special days. Doug, who is Polish, come up with great golobki, pierogi, Kurt's famous Dill Pickle soup and homemade kiebasa not from Hamtramck, but from Van Dyke-Seven Mile (Van-Seven area. By the way, I am not a beer drinker (ha) but his beer is iiiiiiiicccccccccceeeeeeeee CCCCCOOOOOLLLLLDDDDD. YOU need gloves to hold the bomba glass.

Exactly what I would expect from this gem of a joint. Very good food, have had some mediocre food also. Cold beer, good prices. Brandon is a quick pour and extremely personable and made the visit much more enjoyable, other bartenders there have done the job, but nothing more. Waitresses are under par, but I'm not there for service. Lots of homemade soups and very good specials. If your panties bunch quickly probably not your type of place. I was skeptical about this place because someone I knew had one bad experience with service and never went back. We gave it a try anyway since that was years ago and we are SO glad we did! Every time we go back the experience gets better and better. We always sit at the bar so this review doesn't apply to table service. Bartenders are awesome the beer selection is decent there are some gems in the Liquor selection... the atmosphere is that of your local neighborhood dive almost everyone knows everyone, but if you go in be prepared to get the odd person out from the clientele... but the staff

The patty melt was honestly cooked perfect. I ordered it medium, and to my surprise, it actually came to the table pink in the middle. The problem was it was crappy, previously frozen, hard-pressed beef patty that lacked any sort of flavor or texture. It tasted like warmed over sandpaper - gritty.

Sat with some serious lushes who could barely speak, nice older couple gushing over my son. Service was ok, the pizza was nice and square and light and fresh....but get this, when we pulled up, there was a crowd outside and I thought that there might be a wait, which was kind of odd. It was a Saturday afternoon & there was basketball on so I thought maybe there was a line .....it just happened that 8 to 10 people out front were smoking around the front door.....we got to walk through

I lived in Center Line for a little over a year, in walking distance to this restaurant/ bar, it was a blessing! At first I was apprehensive since the city is not known for quality restaurants, but I was pleasantly surprised. The servers are super friendly. I enjoy that there are always about 10 different types of homemade soup available and fish specials on the weekend or tacos, pizza deals, etc. The burgers and nachos are quite good there too. For a small place Te Roma has a plethora of bottled craft beers ! Sometimes they have Yuengling which is hard to find around these parts too.
