Realetech.com is primarily an organization committed to the education of professionals. Our foundation is rooted in real estate appraisal pre-licensing and continuing education. Realetech was started in May of 2002 and began offering pre-licensing and pre-certification courses for real estate appraisers in North Carolina.
Since that time we have expanded our scope to include courses in Numerous professions and they are available in all but three states. At this time we are developing and offering on-line continuing education and other courses for approval in many states. Services
Please register for our classes in advance. Courses will be cancelled or rescheduled if enrollment does not meet the minimum requirements set forth by the North Carolina Appraisal Board. The Virtual Presence course price does not include a copy of the Book OR the Manual. Students are responsible for purchasing copies of the Book and the Manual directly from The Appraisal Foundation.
As a Commercial rated pilot with multi-engine, instrument and seaplane ratings, I have always had a passion for all things aviation. In years past we used airplanes for aerial photo missions, but things are beginning to change. I have an FAA UAS Pilot Certificate, a North Carolina UAS Operators Permit and offer aerial photos and videos for many uses.
Heritage Real Estate Group, LLC., is currently seeking a Certified Residential/General Appraiser. 2 Years experience and college degree preferred. Must be willing to work with trainees. We strictly adhere to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice. We are a hi-tech office, using state of the art software and computers, willing to train but computer skills are a must.
