Tricia has lived in 9 different states but after doing extensive research, decided Wilmington was the perfect place to call home. She holds a Master's Degree and Doctorate in Physical Therapy but after successfully buying and selling some properties of her own she decided to turn her passion for real estate into a career.
Tricia obtained her Realtor's license in New York in 1998 and in North Carolina in 2004. She has helped hundreds of clients with primary residence, second home and investment purchases as well as facilitating 1031 exchanges and 401K real estate acquisitions. Tricia is a marathon runner and also enjoys yoga, cooking, traveling and taking advantage of all the Historic District and local beaches have to offer.

Andrea was absolutley amazing! She got the house under contract not once, but twice, in under 24 hours both times. She sold the house for over the asking price, as well! She came to the first consultation having done her research and she continued to impress me as the process went on. She was always willing to help me and answer any questions or concerns that I had. Kym Davidson of Coastal Select properties in Wilmington NC was our buyers agent. Kym did an outstanding job assisting us with buying our home. The Wilmington Real-estate Market is a very hot market. Multiple offers, short windows to place offers, we had one home that within a few hours had 6 offers and they stopped taking offers. We found the house we wanted to look at the same morning it went on Market, that was a Sunday morning, sent Kym a text, Kym called us back about 20 minutes later and had a already arranged for a showing at noon on Sunday, we did facetime since we were out of town buyers

Tara a true professional and really knows the Wilmington/New Hanover market. Her strategic suggestions prior to listing our condo in downtown Wilmington were right on the mark.
