Company was extremely rude and threatened my daughter to have her car impounded. I have worked for customer service for many years and no matter what the situation you should never be texting a customer threatening them. That’s when you should get an manager involved.

I had just gotten a flat tire and I do not have roadside assistance on my insurance plan but thankfully when I googled roadside towing I came across Speedy Towing Los Angeles! The girl who helped me on the phone was very helpful and super nice! When the tow truck person came to help me he was very nice and it took him only about a minute to change my tire. Thumbs Up, guys!!!

When I initially called the woman I spoke with was professional and friendly. At 4.08pm I was told that someone would be out in 30 minutes for a simple jump. I was trying to get somewhere before 5 so that tracked. I had to provide a credit card over the phone for a $59 cancellation fee and I even joked about they must get a lot of cancellations. I should have taken this as a sign. I get a call from what I assume is going to be a tow truck driver at about 4.30 and he let's me know he is 30 minutes away. So much for someone arriving in 30 minutes! Since I have already given my credit card, I figure

Fast response, excellent price and wonderful customer service. I was stranded, when my car died again, he was willing to come all the way to Oakland and help out again. Incredible service. Great overall. I don't think I waited more than 20 minutes and Speedy Towing Los Angeles was there. Very careful and knowledgeable.

Speedy Towing Los Angeles is awesome! Although his rate is a little higher because I called during midnight, he showed up in no time and got my car moved with no hassle. His service and is at a great price, professional hassle free . Will make an unfortunate incident likee a flat not ruin your day.

Speedy Towing Los Angeles just came and took my broken car to the mechanic. I can't think of anything bad to say. It's a Friday night of a holiday weekend. He kept calling to give updates as to when he would get to the car. When he did get there, my jaw dropped with the amazing speed in which he picked up the car. Even paying him was incredibly easy.
