Dr. Phillip Kolb officially retired in early 2021 after nearly 60 years practicing dentistry. Dr. Phillip is a native of rural Gibson County, Indiana, and is a 1962 graduate of the Indiana University School of Dentistry in Indianapolis. After practicing for two years in northern Indiana, Phil founded the Boonville practice in 1964 in a building just off the square on North Third Street.

Tried Dr. Hassan the newest Dentist at Kolb and Kolb. I was a bit worried with trying someone new after being totally happy with Dr. Jeffrey Kolb, but in order to get in, I tried Dr. Hassan. He is great and a very friendly guy along with his assistant, Ben. Now I have two fantastic Dentist to go to when the need arises. If all Dentist were as good and painless as these guys, more people wouldn't be as reluctant to see their Dentist. All of the people in the office are extremely friendly and courteous to. These guys are the best and this from someone that use to hate going to the dentist because

I have been going to Dr. Kolb’s office for over 20 years. The entire staff is so kind and provide unmatched care. Kelly is by far the best hygienist! She does a phenomenal job keeping my teeth clean and healthy. She does a very thorough cleaning each time. I wouldn’t trust my teeth with any other dental group! :)

I've been going to Kolb & Kolb since I was a child. Jeff Kolb is so patient and gental. I've had to switch dentist a couple of times due to insurance changes and both times after a visit at another dentist office I refused to go back to them and would return to Kolb and pay cash until I had different insurance. I highly recommend Jeff Kolb in Boonville, IN
